NORTH SMITHFIELD - Police seek the publicâs help in locating two men wanted on felony larceny warrants.
The warrants were issued for Larry A. Bates Sr., 52, and Larry A. Bates Jr., 29, both of whom are allegedly responsible for the theft of commercial HVAC units from several businesses in North Smithfield. The dollar amount of the units exceeds $50,000, police said.
Police said the two men may be armed with a gun and operating a 1998 white Dodge with white painted windows. The vehicle's Rhode Island combination plate is 67167.

Jeanne M. Trahan
PAWTUCKET- Jeanne M. (Lefebvre) Trahan, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 22, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Roger A. Trahan for 49 years.
Born in Blackstone, MA, she was a daughter of Beatrice (Champagne) Lefebvre of Blackstone, MA and the late Constant Lefebvre.
Jeanne worked in the accounting department of the RI Textile Co., Pawtucket, for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting artificial floral arrangements and making her own scented hand lotions.
Richard R. Lussier
PLAINVILLE - Richard R. Lussier, 50, of Plainville, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 21, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen (Howley) Lussier and loving father of Kyle, 13 and Alec, 10.
Born in Woonsocket, RI in 1962, he was the son of the late Gloria and Laurent Lussier.
Richard was a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology and worked in the electronics industry for many years. He was an avid sports fan and also enjoyed watching his boys participate in many sports though the years.
Annie L. Bina
BELLINGHAM- Annie L. (McIsaac) Bina, 89, of Bellingham, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 at Medway Country Manor after a period of decreasing health. She was the beloved wife of the late Jordan Bina of Dorchester deceased May 3, 1997.
Born in Boston on October 15, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Angus and Catherine M. (McNeil) McIsaac.
WOONSOCKET â The time of the year has changed and so has the location, but the YMCA Race Against Racism 5K is coming back to Woonsocket for a second running and looking to improve on its success from a year ago.
Last yearâs event became the first road race in nearly two decades to hit the streets of Woonsocket. Held on a sunny April 10 at River Island Park, over 200 people signed up for the race and 181 finished it.
