WOONSOCKET- Raymond E. Gilson III, 73, formerly of San Diego, CA, died Thursday, November 7 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Rose A. (Landry) Gilson.
Mr. Gilson was born in Providence, the son of the late Raymond Gilson Jr. and Ruth (Carson) Gilson. He was a dispatcher for Avis for fifteen years before retiring in 2008. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Veronica A. Rogoze
WOONSOCKET- Veronica A. (McGuigan) Rogoze, 93, of Park Place, died Saturday Nov. 9, 2013 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Metro Rogoze.
Born in Holliston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Ellen (Morgan) McGuigan.
Armando A. Kaizzi
WRENTHAM- Armando A. "Allie" Kaizzi, 95, of Wrentham formerly of Bellingham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Pond Home in Wrentham. He was the beloved husband for 72 years of Lorenette T. "Netta" (Knoerzer) Kaizzi. Born in Milford, MA on February 14, 1918, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Rose (Capoldo) Caiazzi. He was the brother of Jennie Caiazzi of Boston, MA, Dorothy McGrath of Hopedale, MA, and the late John, Domenic and Margaret Caiazzi. He also leaves his nieces and nephews.
WOONSOCKET- Antonio Pucciarelli, 87, formerly of St. Leon Ave. died Saturday November 9, 2013 in the Friendly Nursing Home, with his granddaughter Brenda by his side. He was the beloved husband of the late Pauline (Lemoine) Pucciarelli. Tony and Pauline were happily married for 59 years.
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Joseph and Alda (Salacchi) Pucciarelli.
Mr. Pucciarelli worked as a group leader and automatic equipment operator for General Electric and also Timex and Telchron, prior to retiring in l989.
He was a United States Navy veteran serving in WWll.
Jacqueline G. Beattie
LINCOLN- Jacqueline G. (Gousy) Beattie, 88, of Old River Road died Friday, November 8, 2013 at home.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Louis H. and Leonide (Labrecque) Gousy, she had lived in Manville for most of her life.
Jacqueline was an inspector at Texas Instruments for 7 years before retiring in 1988. She had previously worked at Uniroyal in Woonsocket and Owens-Corning Fiberglas in Ashton.
Fernande C. Deguire
Fernande C. (Badeau) Deguire, 94, formerly of St. Germain Manor, died comfortably Friday, November 1, 2013, at her daughter Paulette's home. She was the wife of the late Bernard Deguire who passed in 2005.
She was born in Fortierville, PQ, Canada on April 20, 1919, a daughter of the late Emile Badeau and Eugenie (Mercier) Badeau.
Mrs. Deguire worked at Woonsocket Dress in Woonsocket, RI before retiring. She was a member of St. Joseph's Senior Citizens, St. Louis Senior Citizens, The Royal Travelers, and The Golden Hearts Club.
Doris T. Riendeau
WOONSOCKET- Doris T. (St. Jean) Riendeau, 87, of Winthrop St. died Wednesday at home. She was the wife of Jean Leo Riendeau.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Remi and Florida (Chagnon) St. Jean. Doris was a member of St. Ann's Ladies Guild. She was a faithful believer in the Blessings of Notre Dame du Cap.
Russell S. Clunie
BELLINGHAM- Russell S. Clunie, 73, of Bellingham, MA passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013 with his loving family by his side, at Landmark Medical Center. He was the beloved husband for 53 years of Claire T. (DeBlois) Clunie.
Born in New Bedford, MA on December 11, 1939, he was the son of the late Stanley and Eva (Nunes) Clunie.
Robert W. Erickson
BELLINGHAM- Robert W. "Bob" Erickson, 82, of Bellingham, MA passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 with loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of the late Maureen E. (Fitzpatrick) Erickson.
Born in Waltham, MA on September 28, 1931, he was the son of the late Walfred and Beatrice (Dargavel) Erickson.
CUMBERLAND- Glenn Clemons Fearing, 94, formerly of Mayflower Drive, died Sunday November 3, 2013 in Mt. St Rita Health Care Center. He was the husband of the late Dorothy (Morton) Fearing who died December 11, 2012. Mr. and Mrs. Fearing were married for 71 years.
Born in Burr Oak, Kansas, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ruth (Clemons) Fearing.
Most of his life he operated the Fearing family farm in Kansas. He was also active in the community serving on the Burr Oak School Board and as a member of the Lion's Club.
