PROVIDENCE- William C. Perry, Jr., 51 of Providence passed away peacefully at Rhode Island Hospital on Feb. 7, 2013 with his family by his side.
Born in North Smithfield, RI, son of late William C. Perry Sr., and leaves behind his mother Joan Perry of Harrisville, RI and his sister Deborah Fortier of Harrisville, RI, daughter Kathrine Filingiere of Bristol, RI.
A private service will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Heart Association, 1 State Street, Suite 200

Eugenia Carolina Surowiec
REHOBOTH- Eugenia Carolina Surowiec, RPH, of Rehoboth MA., passed away February 10, 2013 after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
She was the daughter of the late Walter & Virginia ( Dyjak) Surowiec.
Eugenia graduated on the Dean's list from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1976 with a BS in Pharmacology.
She also graduated on the Dean's list from Johnson & Wales College in 1982 receiving an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
At Johnson & Wales she was accepted into the Silver Key Honor Society.
WOONSOCKET- Theodore E. "Fred" Salvas Jr. passed away February 10, 2013 at Home & Hospice Care of RI in Providence surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Woonsocket RI, a son of the late Theodore Sr. & Anne (Smith) Salvas.
Fred worked for the Cumberland Auto Salvage in ME, as an auto dismantler. He lived most of his life in Woonsocket. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed watching the Three Stooges.

Joining him in the fun are Mardi Gras Queen Emily Gnys, left, Prince Jacob Jordan, in back, and Princess Kayla Tannock. The supper took place at Christ Church Episcopal in Lincoln.
PROVIDENCE â When the North Smithfield public schools tried to raise money for interscholastic sports in 2009 by assessing participation fees, some students paid the charge willingly, but the move was met with legal challenges and dropped when booster clubs raised the necessary money to run the teams.
WOONSOCKET â Mount St. Charles head coach Jessica Shiel would have liked to celebrate a pair of triumphs on Tuesday night.
First, she hoped her squad would pull out a win over Division II-North foe Lincoln, then turn her attention to how much money the Mounties had raised during its first ever âPink-Outâ contest, with all proceeds from the gate and T-shirt sales going directly to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Annette J. Belleville
WOONSOCKET- Annette J. Belleville, 92 of Woonsocket died Monday at Woonsocket Health Center. She was the wife of the late Leo Belleville.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Peloquin) Daignault. She remained a lifelong resident of the city.
Annette was employed by the Woonsocket School Department Lunch Program for over 20 years before retiring in 1994.
Rita L. Guillet
WOONSOCKET- Rita L. Guillet 102, died Monday at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Louis Guillet.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Pierre and Aline (Langlais) Barras.
Mrs. Guillet was a homemaker for most of her life. In her later years, she was a cafeteria worker for the school lunch program at Woonsocket High School. Rita was a member of the St. Joseph's Senior Citizens.
Elizabeth (Bette) Doonan
PALM BAY, FL- Bette Doonan, 89, of Palm Bay, FL, passed away Friday, February 8, 2013 in the comfort of her nephew Kai's home.
She was born in Woonsocket, RI, daughter of the late Edward James and Mary Francis (McMullen) Doonan.
Family members Edward, Paul, David and Peter predeceased her in life.
