DELRAY BEACH, FL- Kyle Michael McCabe, 21, went home to be with Jesus on February 28, 2013.
He attended Easter Seals Early Intervention Program from 6 months to 3 years old and Lantana Elementary School from 3 to5 years old. He was a student at Royal Palm School from 5 years old until his passing. He was due to graduate on May 28th, 2013. He also attended the United Cerebral Palsy After school Program from 3 years until his passing, and their respite services were made available and used by his parents.

WOONSOCKET – The Zoning Board of Review Monday let stand an earlier decision on developer Gary Fernandes’ plans for St. Francis House that resulted in a $3 million lawsuit against the city.
Superior Court Judge William Carnes remanded the case to the zoning board last fall to clarify the underlying “findings of fact” supporting the decision, and to address allegations of a conflict of interest involving member Allan Rivers, who opposed Fernandes’ plans

NORTH SMITHFIELD- Eva L. (Lavimodiere) Branchaud, 58, of North Smithfield, died Monday Mar. 11, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Normand L. Branchaud.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of Irvin Lavimodiere and the late Florence (Martinelli) Lavimodiere.
Robert L. Lemoine
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Robert L. Lemoine, 83, of School St., and formerly of Cumberland and Venice, FL died February 28, 2013 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of T. Pauline (Dulac) Lemoine whom he married July 7, 1951.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Albert and Aurore (Dussault) Lemoine.

BLACKSTONE- Armand J. Felice, 64, of Blackstone, MA passed away on Saturday, Mach 9, 2013 with his loving family and Pastor by his side at Landmark Medical Center.
He was the beloved husband for 42 years of Helene L. (Tancrell) Felice and the loving father of Erica L. Bissonnette and her husband, Jason, Chris M. Felice, Angela M. Zuidema, Matthew J. Felice and Jackie Ross, all of Blackstone, MA, his six cherished grandchildren and extended family Jonathan and Rachel Cooper of Bellingham.

LEXINGTON, MO- Doris A. Childress, 73, Lexington, Mo., passed away March 10, 2013.
Visitation will be from 10 - 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 13, at Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 Adams, Buckner, MO 64016. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Buckner Hill Cemetery. CUMBERLAND — The Town Council last week approved a resolution authorizing Mayor Daniel J. McKee to enter into a contract agreement with Birchwood Design Group, a Providence-based landscape architecture planning and design firm chosen by the town to replace the natural grass football field at Tucker Field with synthetic turf as part of the Tucker Field Athletic Complex renovation project.
WOONSOCKET — Members of the Budget Commission will meet privately with city lawmakers at the Statehouse today to discuss the commission’s request for enabling legislation to issue a supplemental tax bill.
Chairman William Sequino said the commission wants lawmakers to know the importance of acting quickly to approve a $2.5 million supplemental tax bill, but he is open to suggestions on how the money should be raised.
“As a body I would say yes to both questions,” Sequino said via e-mail. “We are open to suggestions and we would like speedy passage.”

Yet as he paced around a somber locker room to console a hazed and dazed group of downtrodden teenage boys, North Smithfield head coach T.J. Ciolfi kept thinking about a bonding/healing session to be conducted on a yellow school bus.
Celine Metivier
CUMBERLAND- Celine (Depault) Metivier, 79, of Manville Hill Road., died Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Trinity Health Care Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Oliva H. Metivier.
She is survived by her son, Marc H. Metiver, and his wife Pauline, of Cumberland; four sisters, Lucy Metivier of St. Joseph, Missouri, Marguerite Calise of Burrillville, Suzanne St. Thomas of Cumberland, and Claire Lofgren of Bellingham, Massachusetts; two brothers, Raymond Depault of Albion, and Eugene Depault of North Smithfield; and several nieces and nephews.
