Lydia A. Yacino
CUMBERLAND- Lydia A. (Kern) Yacino, 47 of Hilltop Road passed away peacefully on Saturday surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Richard A. Yacino Jr.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Josef and Marlis (Tolle) Kern. She was a lifelong resident of Cumberland.
Lydia was a graduate of Cumberland High School and a 1989 graduate of Quinnipiac University.
She was employed for the past 24 years as a business operations manager for VNA of RI.
Fernande J. Carrier
WHITINSVILLE- Fernande J. "Fern" (Leblond) Carrier, 89, formerly of Pine St. died Sat. Feb. 8 at Knollwood Nursing Center in W. Boylston.
Thomas H. Marks Jr.
HARRISVILLE- Thomas H. Marks Jr. 84, of Ashton Ct. died Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the RI Veteran's Hospital. He was the husband of the late Mary (Drainville) Marks.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Thomas and Stacia (Sawicki) Marks Sr. Mr. Marks lived in North Smithfield for thirty one years before moving to Burrillville.
WOONSOCKET- Ida (Steve) Tegovich, 89, passed away peacefully in her home in Woonsocket, RI, on February 6, 2014.
She was a native and lifetime resident of Woonsocket, born in 1924 to Christy Steve (Scudreanu) and Anastasia (Geanacou) Steve, who emigrated from Veroia, Greece.
Growing up in the Great Depression, Ida worked at Tiger Market and Geanacou's Market in Woonsocket. During WWII, she worked at UniRoyal testing wet suits and rubber attack boats for the military. She also took aviation lessons while training with the WAVES.
Theresa R. Senecal
WOONSOCKET- Theresa R. (Blanchette) Senecal 83, became an angel on Friday, February 7, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of the late William L. Senecal Sr., whom she was married to for 50 years. She was a lifelong Woonsocket resident, born to her parents, the late Leo George and Lillian Blanchette.
Theresa worked at the former Branch River and Amperex until retiring from Tytex Inc. in 2002.
Theresa's greatest joys were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid sewer and loved doing crossword puzzles.
WOONSOCKET- Michael Thibault, 49, of 227 Bertenshaw Rd., Woonsocket passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2014.
He was the loving son of the late Claudio and Germaine Thibault, and brother to Roland Thibault of Woonsocket. Michael was also the uncle of Jon Thibault of Destin Beach. FL. Marc Thibault of Coventry, Steven Thibault of Woonsocket and Jason Thibault of Swansea, MA. He was the great uncle to Brady, Callie, Lauryn and Conor Thibault.
Arnold J. Dubois
BURRILLVILLE- Arnold J. Dubois, 76, of Bradford Court Pascoag, RI passed peacefully February 6, 2014 in Landmark Medical Center.
Beloved husband of 55 years to Sylvia (Hawes) Dubois. Dear Father of Betty Campos; Slyvia, Arnold J. Jr., and Russell Dubois; Cheryl Teixeira. Grand father of 6 and Great Grandfather of 5.
Arnold was a professional short-haul trucker, retiring in 2004.
Visitation Monday at 10 am in the Cremation Care Center, 186 Spring St. Woonsocket, RI.

DOUGLAS- Evalyn G. (Archambault) Pavoni, 67, formerly of Chestnut St. died Thurs., Feb 6 at Harrington Hospital after a 12 year battle with Alzheimer's.
She is survived by her husband, Michael A Pavoni Sr. of Douglas; 1 daughter Cherish Gould and her husband Raymond L. Gould Jr. of Thompson CT; 1 son James A Pavoni of Thompson CT and 6 granddaughters; 4 nephews and their families. She was predeceased by a son, Michael A. Pavoni Jr. predeceased her on Jan. 14, 2012 and her sister Jane on March 12, 2010.
