PROVIDENCE â€“ Burrillville High assistant Mike Keable issued a few words of wisdom for his troops prior to facing Cranston Co-op in a winner-take-all rubber match for the R.I. Division I Tournament crown on Tuesday night
One came from head coach Steve Daigle, who would miss his second straight finals game due to a bout with pneumonia. The other came from the heart.
â€śWe told the kids that this is your time to shine,â€ť he stated. â€śWe said that this was their opportunity to seize the moment.â€ť

BLACKSTONE- Elizabeth D. "Betty" (Millette) Brown, 70, of Chestnut St. died Friday, March 14, 2014, in Milford Regional Hospital, with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late John F. Brown Jr.
Born in Cumberland, R.I., daughter of the late Victor J. and Doris L. (Bernier) Millette.
Betty worked as a CNA for Wrentham State School for 13 years. She enjoyed being a Homemaker, and spending time with her loving family. She loved vacationing, the ocean and the mountains. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.
Evelyn E. Boudreau
WOONSOCKET - Evelyn E. Boudreau 99, died peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph E. Boudreau. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Rodolphe and Marie (San Souci) Roberge. Evelyn was a homemaker, she was a sweet and loving lady and loved her entire family. She loved animals and going to antique stores.
Claire M. Gauthier
VIRGINIA- Claire M. Gauthier, 78, of Woonsocket RI, passed away after a long illness, March 17th, 2014.
Born and raised in Woonsocket, she lived there until 2012 where she had moved to Virginia to be with daughter Suzanne Hooven.
She had worked for Royal Robes for many years and was a member of Precious Blood Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J Gauthier II and her son, Louis J Gauthier III.
