BELLINGHAM- Robert R. Gill 75, of Winter St. , died Sunday morning September 16, 2012 at home. He was the husband of the late Viola (Luziette) Gill.
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late William and Cecilia ( Lamothe) Gill.
Mr. Gill was Owner and Operator of Roy's Auto Body in Bellingham, retiring in 2002.
He was a member of the Elks BPOE# 850
He was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Gill was an avid golfer and sports fan. He also was a collector of Antique Cars.

BLACKSTONE- William F. "Luke" Bolduc, Sr., 60, of Blackstone, died August 30, 2012 in the Milford Care and Rehabilitation Center in Milford.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late William J. and Mary (Mongeon) Bolduc.
Mr. Bolduc was a driver for Kimball Trucking Company, Blackstone. He was a member of the Polish American Citizens Club, Blackstone and enjoyed watching NASCAR and western movies. His favorite role was being a grandfather.

WOONSOCKET- Dana C. Kipp, 59, died Wednesday, September 12, 2012 in Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Pamela (Brien) Kipp.
Born in Boston, Mass. Son of the late Arthur and Elaine (Damon) Kipp.
Dana worked as a Computer Programmer for Systems Consulting Services, for several years.
He was an avid Patriots Fan, and his favorite quote was "GO PATS"

NO. SMITHFIELD- Eleanor M. O'Donnell, of No. Smithfield, died peacefully, in the comfort of her own home, on Thursday, September 13, 2012.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Winifred (Gunnigan) McMichael. She met her husband Jim, married and moved to No. Smithfield in 1950, where she resided until her death.

Lionel J. Richards 102, of 429 East School St. died Saturday at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Rena (Gros Louis) Richards. Mr. and Mrs. Richards celebrated their 70TH Wedding Anniversary November 22, 2011. Born in Woonsocket September 12, 1910, he was a son of the late Arthur and Matilda (Corbeille) Richards. Mr. Richards worked for the former Woonsocket Comb for forty nine years before retiring. He also gave piano lessons and was a piano technician for over twenty five years. Mr. Richards was a member of the Beethoven Club and the Music Union # 262.

WOONSOCKET- Lawrence C. "Larry" Mineau, 66, of Willow St, Woonsocket, died Thursday morning at Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center. Larry was the longtime companion of Linda Kelvey.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Joseph and Wilhelmina (Bosma) Mineau. He remained a lifelong resident of the city.
Larry was employed at ACS Inc. in Woonsocket for 38 years until retiring.

WOONSOCKET- Virginia M. Rijo 86, resident of North Smithfield passed away September 15, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at the Oakland Grove Health Center.
She was the devoted wife to the late Manuel Gaspar Rijo.
She was born in Seada, Portugal, a daughter of the late Manuel & Barbara (Alves) Pedro. She immigrated to the United States with her family in 1966.

Prescription drug takeback day scheduled

Several locations in northern Rhode Island, including the Woonsocket and Pawtucket police stations, will be among dozens of collection sites in another statewide Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Sept. 29, Attorney General Peter Kilmartin announced.
The event is an opportunity to safety dispose of expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs, lessening the likelihood of them falling into the wrong hands.
