WOONSOCKET â€“ Police have charged two city girls with assault with a dangerous weapon, a foot, and two other girls with simple assault over the Saturday afternoon attack on a 12-year-old city girl that was recorded and uploaded to the Internet.
The four suspects are also charged with conspiracy over the assault, according to Juvenile Detective Jamie Paone, investigating officer.
The video-recorded beating outside the Plaza Village apartment complex was reported to involve a victim the assailants knew and then spent Saturday night with after the attack.
Helene E. Ducharme
WOONSOCKET- Helene E. (Berard) Ducharme, 91, of The Holiday Retirement Home, Manville, RI, and formerly of Waterview Apartments, 300 Privilege St., Woonsocket, RI, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at the Holiday Retirement Home surrounded by her loving family.
She was the devoted wife to her husband of 61 years, Joseph A. (Bob) Ducharme, who died on December 10, 2005.
Born in Manville on December 17, 1920, Helene was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Alma Berard. She was formerly employed at the French Worsted Company on Hamlet Ave. before retiring.
Richard J. Worcester
BURRILLVILLE- Richard J. Worcester, 91, of Burrillville, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Overlook Nursing Home in Pascoag.
He was born September 9, 1920 in Pascoag, son of the late Richard and Florida (Goujon) Worcester.
He was the loving and caring husband to the late Jennie (Jasinowski) Worcester.
Jane Wylie Cote
CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y.- Jane Wylie (Seagrave) Cote, 83, passed away on March 18, 2012 in Cheektowaga, N.Y.
Born in Wakefield, R.I., she was a resident of Woonsocket and North Smithfield for most of her life, moving to the Buffalo, NY area to reside with her daughter Marilyn in 2004.
She was a daughter of the late Raymond F. and Harriet (Wylie) Seagrave.
She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Robert E. Cote, her sisters Frances and Joan and her brothers Raymond, Jr. and Alan.

Anne A. Mandeville
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Anne A. (Kozaczka) Mandeville, 90, of School Street, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Rowell L. Mandeville. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Tomasz and Rosalia (Mikula) Kozaczka.
WOONSOCKET- Florence Berube, 91, formerly of Woonsocket and Slatersville, died Thursday, March 15th at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton, MA. She was the wife of the late Leo J. Berube.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Donat and Rose Alma (Masse) Beaudet. She was raised in Woonsocket and resided in Slatersville for many years.
In her early years Mrs. Berube was employed in the local textile industry. She later worked for Tenczar Photography. Later she worked in the housekeeping department at St. Antoine Residence before retiring in 1985.
EAST FALMOUTH- Helen Baglini of East Falmouth, formerly of Bellingham, MA passed away at home on Thursday, March 22, 2012.
Born in Blackstone, MA on October 20, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Concetta (Grassi) Baglini.
BELLINGHAM- Adolpha Yerka, 97, a resident of Oakland Grove Health Center in Woonsocket, Rhode Island for the past 20 months, a former long time resident of Bellingham, Mass. died Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
Born in Rockville, Connecticut, she was the daughter of Stanislaw and Aniela (Niemic) Bziukiewicz.
Adolpha was predeceased by her parents, her husband Joseph Francis Yerka who died in June 1980 and her brother Myron Bziukiewicz died in 1999.
