WOONSOCKET — A former employee of a prominent businesswoman has been charged with pilfering nearly $35,000 from the personal accounts of the 82-year-old Slatersville resident.
Danny Michael Jordan, 34, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday charging him with one count each of felony larceny and forgery.
Police reports say he fraudulently drained $34,848 from the personal business accounts of Elaine DiPardo, former owner of the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home.
