'Buddy' Cianci's daughter found dead at 38

PROVIDENCE (AP) — The daughter of former Providence Mayor Vincent "Buddy" Cianci Jr. was found dead Friday morning of an apparent overdose, police said.
An autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death of 38-year-old Nicole Cianci, police Cmdr. Thomas Oates III said.
Authorities responded to a residence in the city's Federal Hill neighborhood for a report of an overdose and found Nicole Cianci, who was pronounced dead at the scene, Oates said. He said she was with a male roommate, whom she had been living with for the last few weeks.
