Police: Woman brutalized, raped

November 18, 2013

WOONSOCKET – A 32-year-old city woman was raped repeatedly by her ex-boyfriend and forced to eat food on which he had urinated – all in the presence of her 4-year-old son, police say.
Reinaldo Diaz, 34, was ordered held without bail Monday at the Adult Correctional Institutions on three counts of forcible rape, including an act of sodomy; two counts of domestic assault; and other charges. He was arrested Friday afternoon after another of the victim’s children, a daughter, called the police about a quarrel at home.
