Foreclosures falling locally, but still above state average

WOONSOCKET – Northern Rhode Island’s foreclosure problem appears to be on the mend, but it’s improving at a significantly slower pace than other regions of the state, a report released today says.

LINCOLN – Wielding gold-painted hedge clippers, Gov. Lincoln Chafee, Town Administrator T.
