David L. Paulhus
BLACKSTONE- David L. Paulhus, 55, of Main St. died, Sunday December 26, 2010 in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Helen- Marie (Lapan) Paulhus.
Born in Limestone, Maine, son of Robert and Muriel (Jodoin) Paulhus of Bellingham.
David worked as an Analysis for Raytheon Corp. in Sudbury, Mass. for 34 years.
He was a member of St. Paul's Church, and served as a Eucharistic Minister, and a member of the Parish Council. And a former Grafton Wheelers
Edith M. Del Medico
WOONSOCKET- Edith M. (Woods) Del Medico, 91, of Woonsocket, died Sunday, December 26, 2010 in Woonsocket Health & Rehabilitation Centre. She was the wife of the late Evio G. Del Medico and the daughter of the late Frederick T. and Angelina (Lizotte) Woods.
Mrs. Del Medico was born and educated in Blackstone, MA. Prior to her marriage in 1948, she was a Supervisor at US Rubber in Woonsocket. Mrs. Del Medico left the workforce in 1950 and became a homemaker. She was also a communicant of St. Joan of Arc Church.
Sister Rachel
Morrissette
MANCHESTER, NH- Sister Rachel Morrissette, 64, of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, St. Joseph Residence, Manchester, NH died at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester on December 27, 2010.
A native of Berlin, NH, she was born on November 27, 1946, the daughter of the late Philippe and Marie-Anna (Bosa) Morrissette.
She entered the Order of the Sisters of the presentation of Mary in Hudson, NH in 1966 and made her First Profession in 1968 and Final Profession in 1973.
Geoff A. Gaebe
MAPLEVILLE-- Geoff A. Gaebe, 60, of Addieville East Farm in Mapleville, R.I. died at home Sunday, December 26, 2010 surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was the loving husband of Paula (McCauley) Gaebe and adoring farther of Sara L. Gaebe. He was the son of Morris J. Gaebe and the late Audrey K. Gaebe.
Geoff grew up in Barrington, R.I. and was one of four scholar/athlete brothers, who were also all Eagle Scouts.
He attended Wake Forest University and also the University of R.I. where he took pre-veterinarian courses.
Berthe A. Gagne
WARWICK- Berthe A. Gagne 96, formerly of Farm St. Blackstone, died Monday at Greenwood Nursing Home in Warwick. Wife of the late Raymond A. Gagne Sr.
Mrs. Gagne was born in Montmagny, P. Q., Canada a daughter of the late Alexandre and Caroline (Bernier) Chabot. She was a textile worker for many years in several area textile mills.

Regina Lauzon
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Regina Lauzon 92, formerly of Woodlawn Rd. North Smithfield died Saturday at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late J. Armand Lauzon.
Mrs. Lauzon was born in Notre Dame de Bois, P Q Canada a daughter of the late Acadius and Adelia (Theberge) Audet.
She was a cloth inspector for Lincoln Textile Co. for many years before retiring twenty seven years ago. She was a member of the Holy Family Christian Group, St. Agatha's Senior Citizen's and the Ladies Guild at Holy Family Church.
Pauline M. Brault
BURRILLVILLE - Pauline M. Brault, 86, formerly of Mapleville, passed away Sunday morning, December 26, 2010 at Steere House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Providence.
She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Norman J. Brault.
Born in Woonsocket, Pauline was the eldest of three children of the late Romeo & Esperance (Malboeuf) Robert.
She was a resident of Burrillville since 1999; previously living in Woonsocket.
Martha Mowry Smith
WOONSOCKET- Martha Mowry Smith was blessed with energy and a loving spirit. These she gave freely and unconditionally to all. She was the mother that everyone wanted. "God is Love," she often said. This was a contract that she lived every day. She was a writer of family history, an enthusiastic piano player and a generous giver of joy. Her memory will be treasured in the hearts of many, many people.
Martha was born in Woonsocket and lived most of her 101 years in North Smithfield.
Kathan M. Brouillard
BURRILLVILLE- Kathan M. (Dorsey) Brouillard, 79, died Sunday Dec. 26, 2010 in Overlook Nursing Home, Pascoag.
Born in Burlington, VT, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Irene (Looby) Dorsey.
Kathan worked as a secretary for the state Probation & Parole for 35 years, she also worked at Zambarano Hospital. She was an active member of the Democratic Town Party for many years.
Sister Lina Poirier
MARLBOROUGH- Sister Lina Poirier, a Sister of St. Anne, known in religion as Sister Mary Joseph of Jesus, died at the age of 98 at Marie Esther Health Center in this city on December 24, 2010. She was in the 76th year of religious life.
