Martinelli
BLACKSTONE- Gertrude C. (Bergeron) Martinelli, 79, of Blackstone, MA passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 5, 2012 with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife for 60 years of Leo H. Martinelli.
Born in Woonsocket, RI on February 28, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Alice (Antaya) Bergeron.
Gerald O. Peloquin
DUNNELLON, FL- Gerald O. Peloquin, 86, Dunnellon, died Monday, July 2, 2012 in Ocala, FL.
He was born in Woonsocket, RI, moved to Vero Beach, FL in 1986 and onto Dunnellon in 2008.
Gerald was a restaurateur in partnership with his brother-in-law Norman Lafond; they owned & operated the Annex Diner in Woonsocket, RI for 21 years. During their tenure in the restaurant business, Gerald and Norman introduced to the Rhode Island public, the famous GRINDER sub sandwich.

WOONSOCKET- Rene J. St. Onge 81, of Brookhaven Lane, died Saturday June 30th at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Mary Jane (Danis) St. Onge.
Born in Woonsocket he was a son of the late William and Irene (Pierce) St. Onge.
Eugene J. Roux
BAYONET PT., FL- Roux, Eugene J. "Gene" 80, of Bayonet Pt., FL passed away after a long illness on July 2.
He moved to Florida 23 years ago from Bellingham, MA, retired after 32 years as a specification engineer from GM and was a veteran in the US Air Force.
He was predeceased by son, David. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Therese; children, Susan (Ronald) Nelson and Richard (Muriel); siblings, Fernand, Yvette, Jeanine, Raymond & Donald; grandchildren, Erica, Nicole, Liana & Jessica.

Guilmette
BURRILLVILLE- Constance M. Guilmette, 88, resident of Burrillville, formerly of Woonsocket, passed away on July 3, 2012 at the Overlook Nursing Home in Pascoag.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Flora (Tessier) Gaboury.
She had worked for the Hilsinger Corporation in Walpole for 10 years, in addition to working for the Bayberry Commons Nursing Home as a Certified Nurses Aide for 2 years, retiring in 1988.
Roger Lussier
BURRILLVILLE- Roger Lussier, 76, resident of Burrillville, formerly of Woonsocket, passed away on July 2, 2012 at the Eleanor Slater Hospital.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Armand and Albertine (Bibeault) Lussier.
Alice Callanan
WOONSOCKET- M. Alice (Kane) Callanan, 91, of Woonsocket, died July 3, 2012 in Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence, surrounded by her family. Her heart eternally belonged to her late husband, William F. Callanan.
Born in Acushnet, MA, she was the devoted daughter of the late James L. and Marguerite E. (Lannon) Kane.
Mrs. Callanan was an administrative assistant at the Woonsocket Institute for Savings for 20 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of St. Charles Church.

WOONSOCKET - Summer J. Leavitt, 10, of Mendon Road, died on Tuesday, June 26th in Landmark Medical Center. Summer was the daughter of Donna Desrosiers. She was born on October 15, 2001 in Providence, RI.
Summer had attended Globe Park School. She is remembered as a happy girl and was a Special Olympian. Summer was also an organ donor.
In addition to her mother, Summer is survived by her birth mom, Carol Leavitt and Summer's siblings, Kenneth Leavitt, Eric Desrosiers, Sam Desrosiers, Kelly Melville and Kerry Saltvman, and her maternal grandmother, Bella St.Laurent of Blackstone.
PLATTSBURGH, NY - Maria F. (Tkacz) Cummings, 90, of the Vilas Home and formerly of Manville died Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the CPVH Medical Center, Plattsburgh, NY.
Born in Manville on February 4, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Jan and Franciska (Gerula) Tkacz.
Maria graduated in 1941 from Bryant College. She worked for A.J. Vanasse Insurance Agency in Woonsocket for many years retiring in 1984.
Maria was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in West Chazy, NY and formerly of St. James Church, Manville.
She enjoyed reading and loved time spent with her family.
