Dorothy L. Fearing
CUMBERLAND - Dorothy L. (Morton) Fearing, 95, of Mayflower Drive, died Tuesday December 11, 2012 in the Mount St. Rita Health Center, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Glenn C. Fearing. Dorothy and Glenn celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary on August 17th.
Born in Harveyville, Kansas, daughter of the late William and Susie (Miller) Morton.
She worked as a Food Service Supervisor for several years prior to retiring.
Jeannine G. Crepeau
WOONSOCKET - Jeannine G. Crepeau 75, of Woonsocket, died November 9, 2012. She was the wife of Romeo H. Crepeau, and mother of Roger R. and Robert N. Crepeau and Suzanne Kendzierski.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket.
Pauline F. Laperle
WOONSOCKET - Pauline F. Laperle 81 of Morse Ave. died Friday at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Urbain F. Laperle.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Amanda (Brodeur) Croteau. Pauline was a homemaker and spent much of her time babysitting. She enjoyed playing bingo and traveling.
Flore A. Laferriere
WOONSOCKET- Flore A. "Flo" Laferriere, 95, formerly of Oakton St., Woonsocket, died peacefully Thursday afternoon in North Kingstown. She was the wife of the late Normand J. Laferriere.
Born in St. Aime P.Q. Canada, she was a daughter of the late Alberic and Amanda (Tardif) Belisle.
She resided in Woonsocket for most of her life and had lived in North Kingstown for the past several years.
Mrs. Laferriere was employed by Yvonne Moreau Handbag Store and later at Betty Cesario Specialty Shop in Woonsocket and Slatersville.
CUMBERLAND- Dr. George Valois Picard, a Woonsocket dentist, died peacefully at home on December 12, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.
He will always be cherished as the wonderful husband, father, grandfather and dentist that he was.
Robert C. Alarie
BURRILLVILLE- Robert C. Alarie, 57, passed away accidently Monday December 10, 2012.
He was born in Providence, a son of the late Robert and Barbara (Chase) Alarie.
Robert was a truck driver for many years and has lived in Harrisville for over 30 years.
He was the father of Christopher R. Alarie of Pascoag and Jason R. Alarie of Exeter. He is also survived by 2 brothers Paul and Jonathan Alarie; 2 sisters Susan Tate and Kathleen Alarie and 1 granddaughter.
Chelsea L. Caron
BELLINGHAM- Chelsea L. Caron, 24, of Bellingham, formerly of Woonsocket, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012. She was the loving mother of her son, Sebato J. Moses.
Born in Woonsocket on March 28, 1988, she was the beloved daughter of Beverly (Hanson) Caron of Woonsocket and the late Dennis Caron.
She leaves her brother, Eric Caron, Brooke Caron and her cherished nephews, Jayden, Lucas, and William.
Her greatest loves are her son, Sebato and caring for her nephews, Jayden, Lucas and William. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Lorraine G. Jacobson
WOONSOCKET- Lorraine G. Jacobson, 70, died Tuesday at home. She was the former wife of the late Donald G. Jacobson, Sr.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Harold Trudel and the late Rose (Pelletier) Trudel LeBlanc.
Lorraine was employed by CVS in Woonsocket for several years.
Catherine Theresa Venditti
WARWICK- Venditti, Catherine Theresa (Monti), died peacefully at Scalabrini Villa on December 10, 2012, just shy of her 100th birthday. She was the beloved wife for 56 years of the late Capt. Edo G. Venditti, US Army (Ret.).
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Enrico and Rosalie Monti, she resided in Warwick since 1956.
Clara F. Ruo
WOONSOCKET- Clara F. Ruo 89, resident of Woonsocket died December 10, 2012 at the Landmark Medical Center.
She was the wife of 59 years to the late Marte Ruo.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Frank & Pauline (Slobodzan) Warzybok.
Clara was a loving home maker; she was a lifelong Woonsocket resident.
Clara is survived by her son Thomas Ruo of Woonsocket, two grandsons, Steven Ruo Waltham MA and Mathew Ruo of Woonsocket. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
