Kenneth E. Callei

NORTH SMITHFIELD- Kenneth E. Callei, 69, of Woonsocket Hill Rd. died Sunday August 25, 2013 at home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Katherine (Christman) Callei.
Born in Providence, son of the late Louis and Nital (Levy) Callei.
Mr. Callei worked for Induplate in North Providence for 39 years, prior to retiring.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and camping and his motorcycle.

Roger P. Dupre

MANVILLE- Roger P. Dupre, 77, of Manville died Sunday at home. He was the husband of the late Blanche (Lefebvre) Dupre.
Born in Manville, he was a son of the late George and Eva (Belanger) Dupre. He was a lifelong resident of Manville.
Mr. Dupre served in the U.S. Army during the 1950s.
During his career he was employed at the Whitinsville Machine Works and later at Crosby Valve & Gage.

BURRILLVILLE- Lloyd M. Franklin, 83, of No. Main St. Pascoag, passed away peacefully on Monday at the Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island in Providence with his family at his side. He was the loving husband to the late Gloria (Rabitor) Franklin.
Born Feb. 24, 1930 in Greenville, RI, he was the son of the late Edwin & Lillian (Turgeon) Franklin.
Lloyd was employed as a Manager in the meat dept. for the Beit Bros. Market in Ct. before retiring.

WOONSOCKET- Elsie V. (Brooks) Sambor, 88, of Orchard Street, died August 26, 2013 in Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Stanley H. Sambor whom she married September 03, 1950.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Gertrude (Artman) Brooks.
Elsie worked as an operator for the telephone company and later at a private answering service. She was a member of Slatersville Congregational Church and their Needles and Pins Club. Elsie enjoyed baking and was an avid sports fan.
