Gerald A. Sikie
CUMBERLAND- Gerald A. Sikie, 63, of Cumberland and formerly of North Smithfield, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013. He was the husband of Maureen (Whitehouse) Sikie. They were happily married for 18 years.
Born in Patton, PA, he was the son of the late Andrew and Arlie (Bradley) Sikie.
Mr. Sikie was a coordinator for Seven Hills of Massachusetts, formerly ARC of Northern Rhode Island. What he loved most about his job, was the time spent dedicated to helping the people he served. He was a volunteer in Cumberland Baseball, coaching in T-Ball and Little League.
Shirley C. St. Pierre
SMITHFILD- Shirley C. St. Pierre, 86, of Greenville, formerly of Oakland, passed away on May 11, 2013, at Greenville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Hercules and Catherine (Taylor) Goulet.
Mrs. St. Pierre worked for AT Cross where she retired and was a Gold Star Mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Arthur St. Pierre.

Moorehouse
NO. SMITHFIELD- Wanda K. (Iskierski) Moorehouse 89, of No. Smithfield, passed away on Thursday, May 9th at the Miriam Hospital surrounded by her cherished family. She was the loving wife of Eugene Moorehouse.
She was born January 4, 1924 in No. Smithfield the daughter of Polish immigrants, the late Stanislaw and Feliksa (Baron) Iskierski.
Ronald A. Roberts
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Ronald A. Roberts, 63, of North Smithfield, died Thursday, May 9, 2013 in his home. He was the husband of Mary H. (Lisak) Roberts, whom he married September 23, 1972.
Born in Central Falls, RI, he was the son of the late Rene Roberts and Rhea (Deshaies) Roberts of North Smithfield.
Bertha C. Malo
UXBRIDGE- Bertha C. (Roy) Malo, 92 of Calumet Ct. formerly of Henry St. died Fri. May 10 at St. Camillus Nursing Home after a brief illness.
She is survived by 3 sons, Rene M. Malo and his wife Virginia Ginny of Douglas; Richard A. Malo and his wife Kyle-Ann of Putnam, CT; and Donald L. Malo and his wife Karen of Webster; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Rene J. Malo who died on Jan. 30, 2006 as well as her brother Armand Roy.

Mae Ida Bernier
MAPLEVILLE- Mae Ida Bernier, 78, of Mapleville, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013 in her homed surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in Burrillville, RI, was the daughter of the late Forrest and Roseanna (Aubuchon) Woodworth II.
Mae is survived by her husband of 60 years, Earl Joseph Bernier and four children: Donna Bernier of NC, Cheryl Fisher of NY, Bruce Bernier and Brenda St. Germain of RI, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, brother George Woodworth of ME and sister Jean Wintermute of OR.
Jacqueline D. Gervais
NO. SMITHFIELD- Jacqueline D. (Ruhland) Gervais, 87, of No. Smithfield, died May 9, 2013 in Overlook Nursing & Rehab Center, Burrillville. She was the loving wife of Raymond A. Gervais for 62 years.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Irene (Cote) Ruhland.
Jacqueline was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and vacationing at the beach.
Elbert R. Hudson, Jr
WOONSOCKET- Elbert R. Hudson, Jr (Al,Turk) 59, of Woonsocket, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Cindy-Jo (Bernard) Hudson, whom he married January 26, 1974.
Born in Natick, he was the son of the late Elbert R. Hudson, Sr. and Flora (Giddleson) Hudson.
Richard L. Blackman
RALEIGH, NC- Richard L. Blackman, 89, of Raleigh, formerly of Fort Myers, FL, went to his eternal rest February 7, 2013, after a long illness.
E. Louise Vose
EASTON- E. Louise Vose, 87, a resident of Easton for 53 years, died Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the LydiaTaft House in Uxbridge after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Irving B. Vose III.
Born in Braintree on February 13, 1926, a daughter of the late Frederick and Ethel (Handy) Trapp, she was raised in Braintree and was a graduate of Braintree High School CLass of 1944. She continue her education at Stratford Business School in Boston graduating in 1947 and attended evening classes at Boston University.
