Robert D. Caron
WOONSOCKET- Robert D. Caron 93, of Lambert Ave. died Saturday at home. He was the husband of Estelle (Gauvin) Caron. Mr. and Mrs. Caron would have celebrated their 67th Wedding Anniversary on October 12, 2013.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Philias and Fabiola (Drapeau) Caron.
Nancy M. Cormier
WOONSOCKET- Nancy M. (Friedholm) Cormier, 70, of Main St., died October 2, 2013 at home. She was the wife of Robert J. Cormier.
Born in Somerville, MA, she was the daughter of the late Carl O. and Lillian (Tennyson) Friedholm.
A devoted wife and mother, Mrs. Cormier worked as an assembler for American Tourister and Tech Industries for many years.
Olive C. Wojcik
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Olive C. (Winsor) Wojcik, 89, of West Harkness Road, died October 5, 2013 at home.
Born in Harrisville, she was the daughter of the late Earle and Lillian (Recore) Winsor and wife of the late Joseph S. Wojcik.
Mrs. Wojcik worked for Tupperware, North Smithfield for over twenty years retiring as a supervisor, she also worked for the Head Start Program, Woonsocket, and the Arc of Northern Rhode Island. Olive was an avid gardener.
CUMBERLAND- Aida Delgado, 78 of Mill Street, passed away Thursday in R. I. Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of Joao Delgado.
Born in Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Sebastio and Maria (de Jesus) Antonio. Mrs. Delgado moved to the United States in 1960 settling in Cumberland.
She worked as a machine operator for Hindley Manufacturing, Cumberland for many years until her retirement in 1997 and previously worked for the former Atlas Braid Co., of Cumberland.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Cumberland.
Armand J. Kuntz
LANCASTER, N.H.- Armand J. Kuntz, 92, of Lancaster, N.H. died August 22, 2013 in Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster, N.H.
He was the husband of Barbara I. (Cunningham) Kuntz whom he married July 14, 1945. She preceded him in death on February 3, 2004.
Born in Blackstone, MA, he was the son of the late Adolph and Mary (Murat) Kuntz.
Maurice L. Monty
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Maurice L. Monty, 61, of Woonsocket Hill Rd., died September 2, 2013 at his home. He was the husband of Michele E. (Woodworth) Gerber Monty.
Born in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late Maurice A. Monty and Jeannette (Paquette) Lockwood of Marion, MA.
He worked as a rater for the Veterans Association Regional Office of Rhode Island. Mr. Monty served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Robert L. Bolduc
WOONSOCKET- Robert L. Bolduc, 85, formerly of Privilege St. died Tuesday October 1, 2013, in the Friendly Nursing Home. He was the husband of the late Rita (Lemire) Bolduc.
Born in Woonsocket, son of late Aldor and Loretta (Dugas) Bolduc.
Mr. Bolduc worked as a Personnel Manager for Robinson Thread, for several years prior to retiring.
He was a United States Army Veteran, serving in WWII.
Bob was an avid jogger, and golfer.
Marguerite J. Allen
BURRILLVILLE- Allen, Marguerite J. "Margie", 75, of Pascoag, RI, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on September 29, 2013 at the Landmark Medical Center.
She was the wife of the late Wallace "Wally" Allen.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Armand & Irene (Gagnon) Lefebvre.
Benny J. Ferigno
MENDON, MA- Mr. Benny J. Ferigno, 92, of Mendon MA, died Tuesday (October 1, 2013) at his residence after a period of declining health. He was the husband of the late Helen (Zariczny) Ferigno, who died in 2010.
Mr. Ferigno was born in Milford, the son of the late Salvatore and the late Camella (Manguso) Ferigno. He was a WW II US Navy veteran and a longtime builder of homes.
Armand H. Rochefort
WOONSOCKET - Armand H. Rochefort, 89, of Pond St. Woonsocket died Thursday September 26, 2013 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the loving husband of Ethel J. (Rainville) Rochefort. They were marred on April 13, 1942.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Ovila and Oliva (Desilets) Rochefort. He was raised in Woonsocket and resided in Bellingham for over 34 years before returning to Woonsocket.
Mr. Rochefort served in the Army during WWII.
