Mary P. Rynn
PROVIDENCE- Mary P. "Prossy" Rynn, 85, a resident of Epoch Assisted Living, Blackstone Blvd., Providence, died peacefully on Wednesday at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. She previously resided in Westchester County, New York for 30 years. Her beloved husband, William V. Rynn, predeceased her.
Born in Woonsocket, Mary was the daughter of the late William A. McCarthy and Mary (King) McCarthy.
She was a graduate of the College of New Rochelle, class of 1949, where she transformed from a homesick freshman to President of the Student Body.
Roger H. Joinville
WOONSOCKET- Roger H. Joinville 62, of Gaskill St, died Wednesday, May 15, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Howard.
He was born in Woonsocket, the son of the late Raymond and Florence (Brunette) Joinville.
Mr. Joinville was a groundskeeper for Brae Burn Country Club in West Newton MA, retiring in April of this year due to illness. He was a member of The Italian Workingmen's Club, was a former state bowling champion, and avid fisherman.
Sounthone Souriyavong
WOONSOCKET- Sounthone Souriyavong, 56, of Knollwood Drive, died Wednesday May 15, 2013, in Landmark Medical Center with his family by his side. He was the husband of Joann (Mello) Souriyavong.
Born in Vietain Laos, son of the late Lanoi and Khamseng Souriyavong.
Sounthone worked for Lista International, as a painter and assembler, for 22 years.
He was avid fisherman and enjoyed playing soccer.
Dorothy A. Cole
GLOCESTER- Cole, Dorothy A. (Steere), 85, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Robert A. Cole.
She was a lifelong Glocester resident and a daughter of the late Earl and Ruth (Gilbert) Steere.
Mrs. Cole was a former member of the Chepachet Grange and the Ponaganset High School Building Committee.
Rachel E. Belanger
WOONSOCKET- Rachel E. (Carr) Belanger, 92, of Woonsocket, formerly of Bellingham, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 in South County Hospital, Wakefield. She was the wife of the late Normand E. Belanger, the late Michael Martinelli and the late Henry W. Lind.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Frank E. and Ruth (Jenks) Carr.
Mrs. Belanger was a forms collator for 13 years at Amica Insurance, retiring in 1982. She was a former member of the Amvets Post #7, Woonsocket and a past Noble Grand of Loyal Lodge Order of Rebeccas.
Glenn S. Reeves
GREENVILLE- Glenn S. Reeves, 61, died May 15, 2013, at C.A. Dean Hospital in Greenville.
He was born August 3, 1951, in Chicopee, MA, the son of Arthur and Marjorie (Brayton) Reeves.
He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He loved to work and enjoyed fishing and riding his scooter.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Thomas) Reeves of Greenville; 2 children, Nathan Reeves, and Tasha Reeves, and a grandson, Derek Reeves all of Rhode Island; 2 sisters, Paula and Cheryl; several nieces and nephews.

Claire L. Rancourt
MANVILLE- Claire L. Rancourt, 78, of Manville, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. She was the loving wife of Paul R. Rancourt. They were married on September 17, 1955.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Diana (Sarazin) Durand. She resided in Manville for over 50 years.
Mrs. Rancourt was employed at Cadillac Textile and later in the office at the Holiday in Manville and the Manville Video.
Claire was a member of the St. Joseph and St. Agatha senior citizens clubs.

Lucien Ouellette
WOONSOCKET- Lucien Ouellette, 73, of Marie Anne Ct. and also of Narragansett and Lakeland, FL died May 6, 2013 in Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Lakeland, FL. He was the husband of Lucille (Leclerc) Ouellette whom he married September 13, 1958.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Leo and Sylvia (Carpentier) Ouellette.
Gerald A. Sikie
CUMBERLAND- Gerald A. Sikie, 63, of Cumberland and formerly of North Smithfield, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013. He was the husband of Maureen (Whitehouse) Sikie. They were happily married for 18 years.
Born in Patton, PA, he was the son of the late Andrew and Arlie (Bradley) Sikie.
Mr. Sikie was a coordinator for Seven Hills of Massachusetts, formerly ARC of Northern Rhode Island. What he loved most about his job, was the time spent dedicated to helping the people he served. He was a volunteer in Cumberland Baseball, coaching in T-Ball and Little League.
Shirley C. St. Pierre
SMITHFILD- Shirley C. St. Pierre, 86, of Greenville, formerly of Oakland, passed away on May 11, 2013, at Greenville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Hercules and Catherine (Taylor) Goulet.
Mrs. St. Pierre worked for AT Cross where she retired and was a Gold Star Mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Arthur St. Pierre.
