Kayla I. Milewski
BURRILLVILLE - Kayla I. Milewski, 25, resident of Woonsocket, died Tuesday July 29, 2014 in Providence. Born in Providence she was the daughter of Walter J. and Gail A. (Watt) Milewski of Mapleville.
Besides her parents she is survived by a son Jayden McGrath, a brother Christopher Milewski and three sisters, Jessica Wilcox, Lisa Wilcox and Kimberly Milewski. Also many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation with Prayer Service will be held Thursday Aug. 7, 2014 from 6 to 8PM in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag.
Bernard T. Kogut
NORTH PROVIDENCE - Bernard T. Kogut, 71, of North Providence, died Sunday, August 3, 2014 in his home, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Suzanne P. (Corriveau) Kogut, whom he married June 25, 1966. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Joseph and Caroline (Kukla) Kogut.
Susan E. Burns
BURRILLVILLE - Susan E. (Thurlow) Burns, 85, of North Main Street, Pascoag died Friday, July 25, 2014 at Bayberry Commons, Pascoag. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Burns.
Born in Lee, Maine, a daughter of the late Charles and Adria (Ware) Thurlow, she had lived in Stratford, CT for most of her life before moving to Pascoag 5 years ago.
Mrs. Burns was a clerk for the Connecticut Division of Motor Vehicles in Norwalk, CT for many years before retiring.
She was a member of Woonsocket Chapter #3, Order of the Eastern Star.
Mary E. Drapeau
NO. SMITHFIELD - Mary E. (Gray) Drapeau, R.N., 72, of No. Smithfield, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 in the Philip Hulitar Residence, Providence. She was the wife of Col. Robert L. Drapeau, U.S. Army, retired, whom she married December 11, 1965. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Long) Gray.
Leo P. Sweeney, Sr.
NORTH SMITHFIELD - Leo P. Sweeney, Sr., 75, of Slatersville, passed away on July 24 2014 in the Fatima Hospital in North Providence.
He was born in North Smithfield, RI, son of the late Paul & Yvonne (Armstrong) Sweeny.
Leo was a construction worker and also did demolition work in the Northern RI area for many years. He was a former resident of Burrillville and was a member of The Island Fly Fishing Club and the Hoisting Engineers Union.
Cecile H. Dubeau
WOONSOCKET - Cecile H. Dubeau, 96, of Woonsocket died Saturday July 21, 2014 at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Dorien Dubeau.
Born Woonsocket she was a daughter of the late Jules and Marie Anne (Tellier) Hantis. She was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Dubeau was employed at the Woonsocket Spinning Co. and Falls Yarn Mill. She later worked for Poly-Top for 14 years before retiring.
Rejeanne C. Malboeuf
WOONSOCKET - Rejeanne C. Malboeuf, 98, of Woonsocket, RI, passed away July 31, 2014 at the Saint Antoine residence in North Smithfield.
She was the loving wife to the late Henry N. Malboeuf.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Calixte & Rosilda (Breault) Paul.
She worked as a mender for the former Narragansett Knitting Co. and she was lifelong Woonsocket resident.
Rejeanne is survived by her grandchildren, Stephen Richard of Norfolk, MA, and Jennifer Richard of FL, three great grandchildren and a sister, Pauline Beauchemin of Woonsocket.
ROME, ITALY - Iride (Zazza) Benedetti, 95, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2014 with her children by her side.
She was the loving wife of the late Alfredo Benedetti. She leaves her daughters, Anna Maria Monti and Antonietta Santandrea both of Rome, son, Ettore Benedetti and his wife, Elaine of North Smithfield, RI, a brother, Mario Spirito of Rome and five grandchildren and three great children. She was preceded to death by her brother Nello Spirito of Rome, Joseph Zazza of Bellingham, Ma. and Franco Monti, her son-in-law.
Internment was held in Rome, Italy
WOONSOCKET - Margaret Lorraine (Peloquin) Champagne, 74, of Wood Ave died July 29, 2014 at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Leo Champagne. Born in Woonsocket, September 8, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Lena (Gill) Peloquin.
Jane A. Jerominek
NO. SMITHFIELD - Jane A. (Paydos) Jerominek, 98, passed away peacefully on July 30th at the St. Antoine Residence. She was the loving wife of the late Edward F. Jerominek Sr. Born Oct. 23, 1915 in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late John & Anna (Koziol) Paydos. She resided in Woonsocket before entering the St. Antoine Residence. She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Woonsocket.
