WOONSOCKET- Jean T. (Smith) Yarbough-Carpenter, 84, of Clinton St., died Thursday, May 26, 2011 in Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of William A. Carpenter and the late Douglas V. Yarbough of Franklin Square, NY.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Brenton and Rose (Dobeck) Smith.

NO. SMITHFIELD- Florence G. (Davis) Brushett, 85, of Old Great Rd., No. Smithfield, died Saturday, May 28, 2011 in Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Arthur M. Brushett.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Ernest W. and Esther (Welch) Davis.
Besides raising her family, Mrs. Brushett enjoyed quilting and cooking
Richard O. Benoit
IMPERIAL BEACH, CA- Richard Benoit, 65 died peacefully at home with family by his side on Friday, May 6, 2011. He was the husband of Lucille (Abbott) Benoit to whom he was married for 45 Years.
Born October 15, 1945 in Woonsocket, RI the son of George Benoit and the late Juliette (Belleville) Benoit.
Besides his wife Lucille, he leaves a daughter, Karen M. Benoit of CA and two sons, Richard O. Benoit II of TX, James P. Benoit of CA, and six grandchildren.
George A. Paine, Sr.
BELLINGHAM- George A. Paine, Sr., 76, of Bellingham, passed away suddenly at home on May 30, 2011.
George was born in Cumberland, RI, on January 12, 1935, to the late Frederick H. and Emily L.H. (Hardy) Paine.
Norman A. Roy
MANVILLE- Norman A. Roy, 82, of Gousy St., Manville, died Monday evening at home surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Violette L. (Bourget) Roy. They were married on February 13, 1954.
Born in Manville, he was a son of the late Alfred and Eva (Janvier) Roy and remained a proud lifelong resident of his hometown.
Mr. Roy was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
In his early years he was employed at the Quonset Naval Shipyard.

BELLINGHAM, MA- H. Louise Courchesne, born Hilda Louise Nicholson on January 26, 1918 in Milford, Massachusetts to John Nicholson and Hilda Jane Chegwidden-Nicholson, died May 31st at the age of 93. She was the beloved aunt of Roger Tessier and his wife Rosemary of Bellingham, MA; her cherished great-niece Danielle Tessier and her great-great niece Ava Tessier both of Penobscot, ME.

BURRILLVILLE- Todd J. Lacey, 46, resident of Woodstock, CT, died Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket.
Born in Providence, he was the son of Laurel (Loguercio) Lacey of Pascoag and the late Raymond Lacey.
Todd worked as a yardman at the former Remington Lumber of Oakland and worked in construction as a roofer.
He is survived by one son, Kyle Lacey of Brooklyn, CT, one brother, Raymond Lacey of Clearwater, FL and two sisters, Laurie Gibeau-Paul of Pascoag and Kelly D'Angelo of Chepachet.

WOONSOCKET- Blanche A. (Dussault) Sutherland 103, died Monday in the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Lucien Sutherland.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Hughes and Marie (Mandeville) Dussault.
Mrs. Sutherland was a homemaker, and raised eight children.
