Ernest E. Guilbault
WOONSOCKET- Ernest E. "Red" Guilbault, 88, of Mendon Rd., formerly of Providence St. Woonsocket died Thursday morning at the Hebert Nursing Home in Smithfield. He was the husband of the late Pauline M. (Deslauries) Guilbault
Born in Woonsocket he was a son of the late Stanislaus and Marie Anna (Allard) Guilbault. He was a lifelong resident of the city.
In his earlier years Red was employed at Brisbane Fabrics and Slatersville Finishing Company. He went on the work as a custodian for the Woonsocket School Dept. for over 25 years before retiring.
Claudette E. Dubois
PAWTUCKET- Claudette E. Dubois, of Pawtucket and formerly of Woonsocket died on April 3, 2014. She was the wife of the late Roger L. Dubois.
Mrs. Dubois was born in Woonsocket, the daughter of the late Maurice Paul and Cecile (Brunet) Branconnier. She was an Avid lover of the outdoors.
Richard J. LaRose
NORTON MA- Richard J. LaRose 65, resident of Norton MA, formerly of Blackstone MA, passed away March 31, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Woonsocket RI, son of Muriel (St. Jean) Benoit of Blackstone MA, and the late Arsene John LaRose.
Richard owned & operated Uncle Meanie's Antique Shop in Norton MA, for many years. He was a resident of Norton MA, for over twenty years, previously living in Blackstone. He was a member of the Mason's, and was an avid car enthusiast.
WOONSOCKET - Denise Larson 56 of Woonsocket died Tuesday April 1, 2014 at Landmark Medical Center
Born in Woonsocket a daughter of Patricia (Lambert) Gilbert and Donald Lozeau
A lifelong resident of the city, loving mother of Justin Larson and Lauren Larson. Sister of Shawn Lozeau and the late Scott Lozeau, beloved Grandmother of Kayla T. Paquin and the Loving companion of Mr. Marc Di Cesare
Albert J. Carey
WOONSOCKET- Albert J. Carey, 86, of Woonsocket died Monday March 24, 2014 at Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Woonsocket he was a son of the late Lionel W. and Olivia Eva (Lambert) Carey. He was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mr. Carey was a graduate of Mt. St. Charles Academy Class of 1945. He was employed in the local textile industry at several area firms including J.C. Lafond.
He was a longtime communicant of St. Joseph's Parish and enjoyed watching sports.
Joyce L. Duquenoy
MILLVILLE, MA- Joyce L. (Moffat) Duquenoy, 56, of Millville, MA, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at UMass Memorial Medical Center, Worcester, MA with her loving family by her side.
She was the beloved wife for 30 years of David G. Duquenoy, and the loving mother of Amanda L., Jessica S. and Michaela R. Duquenoy all of Millville, MA.
Walter J. Mostek
PHOENIXVILLE, PA.- Walter J. Mostek, 95, formerly of Bellingham, MA, passed away on Feb. 12th in PA. He was the loving husband of the late Helen (Golubowski) Mostek.
He leaves 4 children: Judith Finehirsh, Linda Findley, Janice Fedders & Walter Mostek; 7 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
Relatives & friends are invited to a Memorial Requiem Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 5th at 2:00 P.M. in the Polish National Catholic Church of Our Saviour, 500 Smithfield Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

BURRILLVILLE- Holt, Velma E. (Young), 89, died March 27, 2014 at Overlook Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Harry Holt for 61 years. She was a daughter of the late Willoughby and Emily (Chadwick) Young.
Patricia E. Gilbert
CUMBERLAND- Patricia E. (Morley) Gilbert, 82, of Wysteria Lane died Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Elmhurst Extended Care Facility, Providence. She was the wife of the late William H. Gilbert.
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late James P. and Cybil M. (Letendre) Morley, she had lived in Cumberland for the past 51 years.
Mrs. Gilbert was a dental hygienist for Dr. Raymond Roberge, Dr. George Picard, and Dr. Archie Touchette before retiring in 2009.
She was a communicant of St. John Vianney Church, Cumberland.
Leona M. Nowak
NO. SMITHFIELD- Leona M. (Pariseau) Nowak, 93, passed away peacefully on Friday at the St. Antoine Residence, surrounded by her loving grandchildren. She was the loving wife of the late Walter M. Nowak who died in 2011 for 63 years.
Born Sept. 7, 1920 in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late John & Sara (Hetu) Pariseau.
In her younger years she worked at the former Glenark Mill, then later staying home to take care of her children and grand children. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, playing bingo and going to Foxwoods.
