Dean Brian Cotnoir
WINTER HAVEN, FL.- Cotnoir, Dean B. 55 of Pascoag, RI and Winter Haven, Fl, died Sunday Jan. 2, 2011 in FL. He was the husband of Mary Ann Cotnoir.
Born in Woonsocket RI, he was the son of Robert and Terry Cotnoir of Blackstone, Mass.
Mr. Cotnoir owned and operated DC Trucking, in RI.
He is survived by his loving children, David Thanos of Tiverton, RI and Michelle Berkovitz of Cumberland, RI, his brother Wayne Cotnoir of Warwick, RI, his nephew Joseph Cotnoir and his two grandchildren Carl John and Brendon.

Georgette I. Rouleau
NORTH SMITHFIELD - Georgette I. Rouleau, 70, of Wake Robin Rd., Lincoln, died Thursday at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of Charles A. Rouleau.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late George and Cecile (Froment) Jacobs. She was raised in Woonsocket and resided in Blackstone for over 35 years before moving to Lincoln several years ago.
Mrs. Rouleau worked at Tupperware and Sadwin Curtain. She was later employed in the housekeeping department at St. Antoine Residence for many years until her retirement in 1998.
Gladys I. Martinez
WOONSOCKET - Martinez, Gladys I. (Medina), passed March 28, 2011 at Landmark Medical Center with her loving family at her side. She was the daughter of the late Carmen Medina (Jimenez).
John S. Moran
WOONSOCKET - John S. Moran (Ionel Mara), 92, of Highland St., died Monday, March 28, 2011 at the Philip Hulitar Center. He was the husband of Marguerite (Aubin) Moran for fifty-five years.
He is also survived by his daughters, Elena Moran and Stephanie Roberts and her husband Michael of Woonsocket, two grandchildren, Jonathan Roberts and his wife Melissa of Greenville and Hillary Roberts and her fiance Tung Ha of Plaistow, NH, two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Samuel Roberts and his brother-in-law, Albert Aubin.
FORT WORTH, TX - Romeo H. Charron, age 85, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Manor Care Nursing Home, Fort Worth, Texas.
He was born in Woonsocket, RI, a son of the late Herve and Alma (Martel) Charron. Romeo was a US Navy veteran and retired from Albertsons.
He leaves two sons, Richard and Donald Charron and a daughter, Jeannine Fleury, two brothers, Gerard and Roger Charron, nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Joann Goodrow and brother of the late Roland Charron and Constance Lemay.
WOONSOCKET - Stasia E. Fagan, 95, of Woonsocket, passed away on Friday March 25th at the Friendly Home.
She was the daughter of late Jan and Karolina (Frodyma) Jarosz and wife of the late William J. Fagan. She is survived by her daughter Karolyn Baril, and sons William of Woonsocket Brian of Birch Bay, WA. and Jack of Elmhurst IL., nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A life-long resident of Woonsocket she was employed at various times during her life at the American Wringer Company, The Woonsocket Brush Company and the Department of Employment Security.
WOONSOCKKET - Simonne H. (Tanguay) Touchette, 93, died Sunday, March 27, 2011 in Elmhurst Extended Care, Providence. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Touchette.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Raphael and Rose (Ayotte) Tanguay. She had lived nearly fifty years in Woonsocket.
She worked as a salesperson at the former Social Department Store and Lillie Baram's, both in Woonsocket.
WOONSOCKET --- Khamvene (Khongsouvankham) Tardiff, 47 of Louis St. died Friday, March 25, 2011, in University of Massachusetts Medical Center, with her family by her side.
Born in Vientane, Laos, daughter of Thene Khongsovankham, and Sombath Thammakhod, both of Woonsocket. She is also survived by her Stepmother Bounthom Khongsouvankham.
Khamvene enjoyed, listening to music and dancing.
UXBRIDGE - Eleanor (Podles) Laffey formerly of Uxbridge, Ma. and Woonsocket, R.I. passed of natural causes at the age of 95, on March 24 in Santa Monica, Ca., Born in Uxbridge on Nov. 18, 1915 she was the daughter of Joseph and Stella (Holda) Podles and has lived the last 22 years in CA.
MILLVILLE - John C. Kraus, 87, of West St. died Sat. March 26, at Milford Regional Medical Center. His wife of 57 years Josephine C. (Sitnik) Kraus died Sept. 9, 2005.
He is survived by his daughter Marlene A. Kraus-Uhde and her husband Thomas W. Uhde M.D. of Charleston, S. Carolina; a grandson Miles A. Uhde of Narragansett, R.I. and a granddaughter Katherine K. Uhde of Charleston, S. Carolina. He was predeceased by his sisters Ann, Shirley and Frances.
