Monaghan
FRANKLIN- Gregory E. Monaghan, 59, of Franklin, MA died, Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Milford Care & Rehabilitation Center after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Deborah (Guyette) Monaghan who he married in 1975.
Born in Newton, MA on June 3, 1951, he was a son of Mary (Driscoll) Monaghan of Millis, MA and the late James Monaghan.
Mr. Monaghan was a resident of Franklin for 25 years and formerly resided in Medway, MA and Millis. He was a graduate of Millis High School, Class of 1969.

Raymond N. Parent
LINCOLN - Raymond N. Parent, 89 of Sayles Hill Road, Manville died Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. He was the husband of the late Therese J. (Leduc) Parent.
Born in Mohegan, RI, a son of the late Alexandre and Zainaide (Jolicoeur) Parent, he had lived in Manville for the past 66 years.
A communicant of St. James Church, Manville, Mr. Parent was the sexton of the Church for 25 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of Lincoln Council #4005, Knights of Columbus, Lincoln.
Kenneth P. Romblad
WOONSOCKET- Kenneth P. Romblad, 44, of Willow St., died Tuesday, February 15, 2011 in Woonsocket.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Frances R. (Gagnon) Romblad of FL and the late Kenneth O. Romblad.
Besides his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Michael Romblad of Altoona, PA, and Daniel Romblad of Pascoag and two sisters, Lisa Eithier of Woonsocket and Lori Barr of Oxford, MA.
Jeanne L. Peloquin
BLACKSTONE- Jeanne L. Peloquin, 68, of Blackstone, MA, died peacefully February 15, 2011, at Blaire House of Milford MA surrounded by family.
She was born November 16, 1942, in Woonsocket, RI, the daughter of late Florence and Alfred Marchand. She was second oldest of 5 children.
She spent the better parts of her life helping others; putting their needs before her own.

Marie Anne C. Mayer
NORTH SMITHFIELD- Marie Anne C. Mayer, 82, of Great Rd. North Smithfield, died Tuesday evening at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Adrien "Babe" Mayer.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Anna (Guertin) Vadenais.
She resided in Woonsocket for most of her life and lived in North Smithfield for the past 17 years.
Mrs. Mayer worked for American Tourister and later for AT Cross before retiring in 1992.
She was a former member of the North Smithfield Senior Citizens Club.
Philip R. Barden
WOONSOCKET- BARDEN, PHILIP R., 63, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2011at Landmark Hospital. He was the husband of Linda D. Barden.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Richard and Lillian (Hailoch) Barden.
Philip was employed for over 30 years at the Pray Trucking Company in Seekonk, MA. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U. S. Navy.
He was the father of Philip R. Barden Jr. and Christine Barden; grandfather of Christopher Robert Barden. He was the brother of Marsha Barden.

Doris T. Leduc
WOONSOCKET- Doris T. (Hunt) Leduc, 88, of Summer St., died Tuesday, February 15, 2011 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Leduc.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Beatrice (Merritt) Hunt.
A 1941 graduate of Woonsocket High School and a 1942 graduate of Johnson & Wales School of Business, Mrs. Leduc was an office clerk for the Woonsocket Board of Canvassers and the Woonsocket Education Dept., retiring in 1984.
David P. Ethier
CAMBRIDGE/MILLVILLE- David P. Ethier, 47, of Cambridge and formerly of Millville, MA passed away Mon. February 14, 2011 in Boston after a short illness. A graveside funeral service will be held at a later date in North Purchase Cemetery, Milford. Complete obituary can be found at

BELLINGHAM- Margaret M. (Balzi) Alward, 76, of Bellingham, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2011 at Milford Regional Medical Center with her family by her side after a long illness. She was the beloved wife for 39 years of Paul A. Alward.
Born in Boston on November 12, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Josephine (Petrucci) Balzi.
