George W. Wright
LINCOLN- George W. Wright, 69 of Lincoln, RI, longtime owner of Walkers Jewelers, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011 at Fatima Hospital after a brief illness.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy. George also leaves a daughter, Tammy (Wright) Normandin and her husband, Ron, two sons; Craig Brazell and wife Cindy, Brendan Pursel and his fiance Donna, a sister, Carolyn Petrie and a brother, Harold Wright. He will also be greatly missed by his four grandchildren Kaitlin and Kyle Brazell and Brandon and Tyler Normandin.
Donald W. Mayer
CUMBERLAND- Donald W. Mayer 83, resident of Cumberland, died November 4, 2011 at the Landmark Medical Center. He was the loving husband of 62 years to Theresa (Picard) Mayer.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son to the late Arthur Sr. & Beatrice (St. Amant) Mayer.
BELLINGHAM- Jacqueline Emma (Robidoux) Pelletier, 66, of Bellingham, MA passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 unexpectedly at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond G. Pelletier.
Born in Bellingham on January 12, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Cecile (Boisseau) Robidoux.
Russell P. Jette
BURRILLVILLE- Russell P. Jette, 64, of Pascoag passed away peacefully Tuesday at home. He was the beloved husband of Cindy (Arruda) Jette.
Born in Pawtucket he was the son of Raymond Jette of Central Falls and the late Estelle (Bourgette) Jette.
He resided in Pascoag for the past 24 years, previously residing in Providence.
Peter W. Koerner, Sr.
CUMBERLAND- Peter W. Koerner, Sr., 65, of Sun Valley Drive., Cumberland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 1st, 2011 in his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was the husband of Pauline (Brothers) Koerner whom he married on February 13, 1972. Father of Kimberly Koerner of Warwick, RI, and Peter Koerner, Jr., his wife Dana and the proud Grandfather of Leila Koerner of Wake Forest, NC.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Senior and Audrey (Pritchard) Koerner.
He was the sibling of the late Richard Koerner.
Claire D. Parenteau
WOONSOCKET- Claire D. Parenteau, 77 of 547 Clinton Street, formerly of Diamond Hill Road Woonsocket, passed peacefully Wednesday October 26, 2011 at Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Woonsocket to Oscar J. and Charlotte (Warren) Gignac, she was the beloved wife of the late Paul P. Parenteau who passed in May of 2011.
Claire worked for many years in the greater Woonsocket area.
BURRILLVILLE- Genvieve F. Letondress 90, resident of Lakeland FL, formerly of Burrillville died October 16, 2011 at the Consulate Healthcare of Lakeland in FL.
Wife of the late Wilfred Letondress.
She was born on May 18, 1921, in Fort Worth TX, a daughter of the late Oscar & Nora (McGee) Morris.
She was an inspector for the Norton Safety Products retiring in 1983. She was a former member of the Bradford Court Residents Association.
Teresa Elena Dalpe
BELLINGHAM- Teresa Elena (Tedeschi) Dalpe, 82, of Bellingham, MA passed away after a short illness on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 60 years to Florent M. "Teke" Dalpe who she married on November 23, 1950 at St. Mary's Church, Providence, RI.
Born in Providence, RI on April 9, 1929, she was the daughter of the late John Tedeschi and Anna (Tagliaferri) Tedeschi Aidjan.
PASCOAG- Woodman, Hazel "Red", 73, passed away on November 1, 2011 at Bayberry Commons in Pascoag, RI. She was the beloved wife of Edwin Woodman. They would have celebrated their 56th wedding Anniversary on November 21.
Born in Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of William and Edith (Decker) Prince.
Hazel lived in Bellingham, MA for twenty plus years before moving to Chepachet, RI where she lived for the past thirteen years. She was known simply as Red to most of her close friends and colleagues working as a waitress in restaurants throughout Rhode Island.
Pauline Ida Lessard
WOONSOCKET- Pauline Ida (Brouillard) Lessard, 90, of Bradford Street, died Saturday, October 29, 2011, at the Oakland Grove Health Care Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late George C. Lessard.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Ida (Valois) Brouillard.
Mrs. Lessard was a private piano teacher and received her degree in 1938 from the Dominion College of Music in Montreal. A communicant of Holy Family church, she was a member of the Trinity Club, Y Wives and the Aprs-Midi Club.
