Robert F. Moran

SLATERSVILLE- Robert F. Moran, 54, of Railroad St., passed away peacefully in his home Thursday, November 11, 2010 surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
Born in New Rochelle, NY, he was the son of the late William L. and Adrienne B. (Carvon) Moran, Jr.
Bob spent his early years in Killington, VT fulfilling his loves of life, skiing and golf. Here is where he met Charlene Dumouchelle and they were married in May of 1990. Bob, Charlene and their daughters later moved to RI, where Bob worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for GER Corp.

Lincoln- Arthur J. McMurtrie, 88, formerly of Old River Rd., died Monday, November 15, 2010 in Hebert Nursing Home, Smithfield. He was the husband of the late Alicia S. (Meisser) McMurtrie.
Born in Concord, NH, he was the son of the late James and Delina (Jaques) McMurtrie.
A graduate of Providence College, Mr. McMurtrie was a self employed CPA in Woonsocket. He was a WWII Army Veteran, an avid golfer and member of Kirkbrae Country Club, Lincoln.

BURRILLVILLE- Ronald P. Fullam, 68, resident of Nasonville, passed away Nov. 16, 2010, at Landmark Medical Center.
Loving husband of Frances (Fontenault) Fullam.
Born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Matthew & Mary Mamie (Belliveau) Fullam.
Ronald worked for General Dynamics Electric Boat, Quonset Point as a radiography supervisor for 41 years.
He is survived by his sons, Kenneth, Wesley, and Scott Fullam, daughters, Jacquelyn Lacey, Kathleen Misiaszek, Amy Thompson, and Patricia Ross, 19 grandchildren, and 2 great granddaughters.

BURRILLVILLE- Michael Lapchinski, 90, formerly of Woonsocket, died Saturday, November 13, 2010 in Overlook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Burrillville. He was the husband of the late Pearl (Holgate) Lapchinski.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Peter and Jawdocha (Proczyk) Lapchinski. Michael graduated from Woonsocket High School in 1938 and later from the RI School of Design.

CUMBERLAND- Lois J. McKee, 93, of Cumberland, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010. She was the wife of the late Everett McKee. Born in Plymouth, Vermont, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Agnes (Bowen) Lord.

LINCOLN- Donald L. Schafrath, 94, died November 8, 2010 at the Holiday Nursing Home.
He was born in Canton, OH on November 22, 1915 to Leo and Clara R. (Rohr) Schafrath.
He was the loving husband of the late Violet (Brissette) Schafrath.
He and his wife were the owners and operators of Jolicoeur Furniture Co. in Woonsocket for many years. He was a Naval Sea Bee and served during WWII.

GLOCESTER- Travis L Howard, 26, a lifelong resident of Glocester, RI passed away Friday, November 5, 2010.
Born in Providence, RI, October 24, 1984, he was the beloved son of Emilie J. (Breault) Howard and Timothy L. Howard.
Travis was a graduate of Ponaganset High School and worked as a courier for local businesses. He had a passion for driving, the outdoors, animals and especially for arts and music. Travis was a gentle, quiet young man who could make his family and friends smile without saying a word.

Born in Everett, MA on March 16, 1927, he was the son of the late George A. MacGregor and Marjorie L. (Copp) MacGregor Chick.

CUMBERLAND - Dorothy A. (Wilson) Hull, 74, of New York Avenue died Sunday, November 7, 2010 while visiting in South Carolina. She was the wife of the late James G. Hull.
Born in Eastover, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Gary T. and Flossie Mae (Woodle) Wilson.
Mrs. Hull worked at the Holiday Retirement Home in Manville for many years before retiring.

WOONSOCKET- Albert R. Archambault 51 of Second Ave, died Wednesday November 3rd at home.
He was born in Woonsocket a son of the late Raymond and Gertrude (Tellier) Archambault.
Albert was a cook at Wrentham State School before becoming disabled.
He is survived by a brother Leo Archambault of Woonsocket, two sisters, Therese Carr of Woonsocket, and Alice Schram of Burrillville, and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Robert Archambault, Pauline Laliberte and Rita Farrow.
