BURRILLVILLE - Gertrude (Levesque) Deconing of Pascoag passed away on May 7, 2014. Born in Woonsocket on June 14, 1936 she was the loving wife of the late Norman Deconing.
She is survived by her daughter Michelle Pelkey and grandchildren Michael and Monique, all of Pascoag.
There will be a Memorial Mass at Bayberry Commons on June 10th at 10:30 AM.
BLACKSTONE - Mrs. Mary (Elias) Anez, of Fox Run Rd., Blackstone, MA died on Sunday June 1, 2014 in the Landmark Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late John Anez for 71 years.
Born November 15, 1918 in Central Falls, a daughter of Abraham & Rose (Allam) Elias. She lived on Park Ave. in Woonsocket, RI for most of her life before moving to Blackstone.
Mrs. Anez was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Kelley J. Barrett
BURRILLVILLE - Kelley J. (Doyle) Barrett, 53, of Mapleville, died June 1, 2014 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Mahoney) Doyle.
Kelley was an amazing cook who loved to have friends and family over for elaborate meals whenever she could; she was also a talented seamstress and avid reader. She was known to give to those in need even when she was most in need herself and will always be remembered for that enormous heart.
Margaret Hesketh Longoni
TUSCON, AZ - Went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2014. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Joseph M. Longoni. Margaret was born on July 22, 1931 in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Joseph and Cecile (Giguere) Hesketh.
She vived by sons; Bob (Becky) Longoni, Jim (Devi) Longoni, and Mike (Cyndi) Longoni; daughters; Jo-Ann Longoni, Patti Longoni, and Stephanie Barry; also sister Patricia (Ron) Van Brocklyn, and 11 grandchildren.
Timothy E. Fitzgerald
NORTH SMITHFIELD - Timothy E. Fitzgerald, 64, of Black Plain Rd. died Saturday May 31, 2014 at home with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Lafreniere) Fitzgerald.
Born in Milford, Mass., son of the late George and Helen (Schiller) Fitzgerald - Tariela.
Timothy worked for the former Miller Electric for 26 years and as a Material Handler for Riverdale Mills in Northbridge, Mass.
He enjoyed his camping trips to Maine and the times he went to Foxwoods. He was an avid golfer and fisherman.
Amanda L. Ethier
WOONSOCKET - Amanda L. Ethier, 29, of Woonsocket, died Thursday, May 29, 2014. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Daniel A. Ethier and his wife Donna of No. Smithfield and Kimberly (Cote) Ethier of Woonsocket.
Besides her parents, Amanda leaves two sisters, Alicia M. and Sarah R. Ethier, both of Woonsocket; her companion, Nathan Bergeron of Blackstone, MA; her paternal grandmother, Pauline (Barrett) Ethier of Cumberland; her maternal grandfather, Edward Cote of Bellingham; two nieces, Riley Lynn and Reigan Reese; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
BLACKSTONE - Michael A. Ferragamo 94, of Blackstone, died peacefully Thursday May 29th, at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, following an illness. He was the beloved husband of Mildred V. (Altimar) Ferragamo.
Born April 25, 1920 in Boston, a son of the late Carmine and Teresa (Guarino) Ferragamo, he was formerly a resident of Roslindale and Norfolk before moving to Blackstone.
He was raised and educated in Boston, where he was a graduate of Don Bosco Technical High School. Michael was the retired owner and operator of the former Mikeâ€™s Radio & TV in Roslindale, for over 40 years.
BURRILLVILLE - Sandra M. Koprusak, 73, of Mapleville, RI, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 at RI Hospital in Providence.
She was the loving companion to Billy Ryder, with whom she lived.
She was born in Grafton MA a daughter of the late John & Lucille (Lamothe) Koprusak.
Sandra worked for the Queen City Paper Co. in Pawtucket and worked part time in the kitchen for the RI Alliance for Retired Americans. She was a lifelong Burrillville resident and enjoyed traveling.
WOONSOCKET - Normand A. Carpentier, 90, of Woonsocket, died Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Rita M. (Rainville) Carpentier, whom he married June 5, 1943. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Arthur and Celina (Pincince) Carpentier. He had lived in Cumberland for 58 years.
FAYETTEVILLE, NC -
May 29, 2014. Inta Krylo, 69, of Fayetteville, NY, died peacefully after a short illness. Inta was born in Riga, Latvia, and emigrated to the United States in 1949. She received a BA degree in English from the University of Rhode Island. Inta was a voracious reader, member of Barnes & Noble Book Club and a life member of the Oswego Yacht Club.
She was predeceased by her son, Charles Krylo, III in 2004. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Charlie and sister, Mudite Paux of Woonsocket, RI.
