Barbara A. Scungio
UXBRIDGE, MA - Barbara A. (Maher) Scungio, 62, of Uxbridge passed away on Wed. Dec. 17, 2014 after a long illness in UMass Medical Center, Worcester. She was the wife of James A. Scungio.
A resident of Uxbridge for 38 years, Mrs. Scungio had worked at Wee Wash It Inc. in Woonsocket, RI. She had previously lived in Millville.
Barbara was born May 17, 1952 in Woonsocket, RI the daughter of the late Francis and Stasia (Zajac) Maher and was a graduate of Blackstone High School in Blackstone, Class of 1970.
Mildred L. (Aubin) Doar
GLOCESTER - Millie Doar, 83, of West Glocester (5/19/31-12/16/14) widow of Robert A. Doar Sr. Born in Cumberland RI, daughter of the late Joseph & Hazel Aubin. Active in town affairs, PTA, South Foster ladies auxiliary, and a newspaper carrier for the Woonsocket Call for many years. She enjoyed cooking, reading, farming, and her grandchildren.

Charles C. Caron
CUMBERLAND - Charles C. Caron 71, of Blanche Ave, died Thursday, December 11 in the Philip Hulitar Center in Providence. He was born in Woonsocket, and in addition to his father Leon, he is preceded in death by his brother Roger Caron.
BLACKSTONE - Mary Pizzi, 92, of Blackstone, MA passed away on December 15, 2014 at the Ballou Home in Woonsocket.
She was the loving wife of 66 years to Domenick A. Pizzi.
She was born in Blackstone, MA a daughter to the late Felice & Elizabeth (DePardo) DePardo.
Mary worked in the library department for the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District for 18 years from where she retired.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Richard Pizzi of Marlboro, MA and Barbara DiPardo of Woonsocket, RI. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
WOONSOCKET - Marcel Gladu 88, of Ridge St. died Tuesday December 16, 2014 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Pauline (Harnois) Gladu. Born in Woonsocket, June 24, 1926 he was a son of the late Albert and Marie (Chaput) Gladu. Marcel was the owner and operator of Gladu's Wrecking and Recycling for sixty years. Marcel was a World War II Army Veteran. He was a member of St. Joseph's Veterans Association, the Cercle Laurier, and the Woonsocket Lodge of Elks #850.
Anne R. Durkin
BELLINGHAM - Anne R. (Wrona) Durkin, 98, of Bellingham, MA, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 14, 2014 with loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Durkin, Sr. Born on May 23, 1916 in West Warwick, RI, the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (Smas) Wrona.
BURRILLVILLE - Laurette Beauregard, 99, of Harrisville, RI passed away on December 13, 2014 at the Trinity Health & Rehabilitation Center in Woonsocket.
She was the wife of the late Albert Beauregard.
She was born in Woonsocket, RI a daughter of the late William & Matilda (Gariepy) Charron.
Laurette was a loving homemaker, she was a member of the Blackstone Senior Center and St. Theresa Seniors of Blackstone, she was also a communicant of St. Paul's Church.
Edgar A. Riendeau
WESTVILLE, NY - Edgar A. Riendeau, 76, of Westville, NY, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014, at the Alice Hyde Medical Center, in Malone. He had been a patient there since December 8, 2014.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, on August 5, 1938, he was the son of the late Aram and Alice LeDoux Riendeau.
