Pan-Mass Challenge rider Fraley wants to make every mile count

NORTH SMITHFIELD -- David Fraley admitted he was taking the day off from training Friday, but would in fact be back on his bike with fervor this afternoon. After all, he’s 65, and his body needs some rest, especially after lifting weights twice a week and riding his bike dozens of miles in Franklin another two or three days.
