Doris A. Provencal

MILLVILLE- Doris A. Provencal, 65, of 22 West Street died peacefully at home, Friday October 15, 2010, with her family by her side.
She was the wife of Leonard M. Provencal, Jr.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Edgar M. Pelletier and Rita Pelletier.
Doris worked for Philips Corp. of North Smithfied, RI for 10 years and CVS Accounts Payable Department for 15 years.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, David R. Provencal and his wife Stephanie Provencal of North Smithfield, and Michael J. Provencal and his wife Amy Provencal of East Haven, CT. One daughter, Karen A. Provencal of Las Vegas, NV. Two sisters Lucielle Lafontaine and Ann Mercure, of North Smithfield, and one brother Robert Pelletier of North Smithfield. Three grandchildren, Nicole and David Provencal, and Sean Provencal. She will be dearly missed by friends and family.
Her memorial service will be held Sunday, October 31, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Glad Tidings Church, 111 Victory Highway Chepachet, RI (401)568-0060. Relatives and friends are invited. No burial services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Association, MA Chapter, 320 Norwood Park South 2nd floor, Norwood, MA 02062 in Doris' memory would be appreciated.
