CUMBERLAND- Lisa M. Cummings, 45, of Crestwood Ct., died Sunday at home. She was the beloved wife of William Cummings.
Born in Woonsocket she was the loving daughter of Normand L. and Suzanne G. (Carpentier) Berard of Woonsocket. She resided in Cumberland for the past 17 years previously residing in Woonsocket.
Prior to her illness she was a registered pharmacist employed by Clinical IV, Pawtucket for 7 years.
She was a graduate of Woonsocket High School, Class 1983 and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, School of Pharmacy, Class of 1988.
She was a communicant of St. John Vianney Church, Cumberland.
Besides her husband and parents she leaves three sons, John A., Ryan T. and Matthew W. Cummings all at home. Lisa also leaves two sisters, Donna M. Goode and Linda J. Cournoyer both of Franklin and a brother David P. Berard of North Smithfield. She also leaves sisters and brothers in law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rt. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. John Vianney Church, 3609 Diamond Hill Rd., Cumberland. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cummings Family Fund, C/O Sovereign Bank, 401 Social St., Woonsocket, RI 02895. Directions/gusetbook:
