NO. SMITHFIELD- Marilyn (Langley) Jellison, 70, resident of No. Smithfield RI. passed away Oct. 12, 2010 at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence RI. after a long illness.
Born in Framingham MA. a daughter of the late Woodrow & Daisy (Adams) Langley.
She is survived by her children, Michael A. Jellison of Gardner MA, Lisa S. Jellison of Woonsocket, Jill A. Jellison of No. Smithfield, and Charles "Chuck" Jellison of No. Smithfield, 4 grandchildren, Chad, Michael, Christopher, and Sara, five great grandchildren, sisters, Marcia Schneider and her husband Alan of Ashland MA, Evelyn McGuirk and her husband Alex of Framingham MA, sister in law, Patricia Langley of Holliston MA, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late R. Paul Langley and mother in law of the late Dawn Jellison. She also leaves her dog Bean.
She was graduate of Framingham High School Class of 1958. She worked for PCD Co. as a supervisor. She also was a school bus monitor for the No. Smithfield School system. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, reading, and doing crossword puzzles. She was a loving mother grandmother and sister, and aunt.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5- 8pm at the Keene-Brown Funeral Home 445 Greenville Rd. No. Smithfield RI. Burial will follow Friday at 11am at St. Stephen's
Cemetery in Framingham MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure PO Box 650309 Dallas TX. 75265-0309.
The family would like to thank the physicians and nurses, and staff on the fourth floor of the Women & Infants Hospital in Providence.
