President Barack Obama speaks to a gathering of dignitaries and workers while commending executives saying "They buckled down-that was a pun-and they invested in new products and persued new customers, and over the past year they hired back all the workers they had to lay off", following a tour of American Cord and Webbing Company in Woonsocket Monday.
