Suspicious activity leads to five drug arrests E-mail

WOONSOCKET — Police arrested five people on drug charges after investigating suspicious activity in the High and Arnold Street area early Sunday. Jose Ramon Rodrigues, 42, of 211 Arnold St was charged with possession of crack cocaine after he was picked up at 201 High St. at 1:40 a.m. Sunday, police said.  Rodriques was also charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the incident, police said.
Police returned to the street crime-plagued neighborhood again at 3:40 a.m. Sunday and arrested Angel Gomez, 37, of 74 Phoebe Street, as a fugitive from justice after he was located outside 272 Arnold Street. Gomez was found to be wanted on a warrant from New York police for felony possession of dangerous drugs, police said. Gomez also was alleged to have given police a false name during the course of their investigation. He was subsequently charged with obstructing a police officer in the performance of duty for the alleged misidentification.
Gomez was sent to ACI to await processing on the out of state warrant, police said.
Upon further investigation,  Anthony R. Losardo, 31, of 387 Rathun St., was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of a knife when he was arrested at the address at 5:42 a.m., police said.
Jared Perry, 23, of 170 Arnold St., was charged with possession of crack cocaine upon his arrest at 6:09 a.m. 
 And Ebbettes Feliciano, 35, of 170 Arnold Street, was charged with a similar offense when she was taken into custody at approximately the same time Sunday, police said.
