CUMBERLAND — Ruth H. (Longton) Renaud, 93, of Homestead Avenue died Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Oakland Grove Health Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Henry J. Renaud.

Born in Fisherville, MA, a daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Bailey) Longton, she had lived in Cumberland for the past 60 years.
Mrs. Renaud was a floor lady for Narragansett Knitting, Woonsocket for 50 years, retiring in 1980.
She was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Cumberland where she served as a member and treasurer of the Altar Guild.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Grace Heath, Ethel Maddock, Edna Willett, Lucy Francoeur, David Longton and Robert E. Longton.
A Requiem Eucharist will be held TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18 at 10 A.M. in Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 120 Nate Whipple Highway, Cumberland. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, North Smithfield.
