Woonsocket wrestlers grab win |

WOONSOCKET – JoJo Rodriguez and Eric Lee scored the final nine points on Monday night as Woonsocket High rallied for a 37-31 victory over Cranston East High.
Rodriguez evened the match with a 7-2 victory over Rich Dumostil at 215 poundsand then Lee, who finished fifth in the state last season, pinned Dickinson Dumostil with one second left in the first period to provide the margin of victory.
Kody Nordby, Jeff Martel, Justin Switzer, and Kevin Lamoureux also delivered pins for the Villa Novans.
Woonsocket, now 5-6, faces Bishop Hendricken High and East Providence High in a tri-meet on Wednesday night at the Townies’ gymnasium.
