BLACKSTONE- Therese M. Haines, 79, of Blackstone, MA died Wednesday, October 27, 2010 in Beaumont Nursing Home, Northbridge, MA. She was the wife of the late David B. Haines.
She was born in Woonsocket, RI daughter of the late Honore and Mary Louise (Fontaine) Faubert.
Mrs. Haines was employed for many years by C.D. Burns and Linden Clock Factory where she repaired cookoo clocks. She loved quilting and collecting ceramic mice.
Mrs. Haines is survived by one daughter: Susan DiLibero and her husband Michael of Uxbridge, MA; one son: David Haines and his wife Beth of Uxbridge, MA; four grandchildren: Sarah DiLibero, Justin DiLibero, Matthew Haines, and Daniel Haines; and two great grandchildren: Christopher Dechene and Samantha Dechene. She was predeceased by two brothers: Leo Faubert and Henry Faubert; and three sisters: Rose Bussiere, Rita Bourassa, and Lydia Brochu.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the James E. Kellett and Son Funeral Home, 38 Main St., Blackstone, MA. A committal service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Blackstone Cemetery, Blackstone St., Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Friday, November 12, 2010 from 6:00-8:00pm in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers; donations may be made in Mrs. Haines' memory to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
