Brien no longer defendant in fraud suit

WOONSOCKET – City Council President Albert G. Brien and his real estate brokerage company have been released as defendants from a Superior Court lawsuit accusing them of being involved in series of fraudulent land acquisitions made by the operators of the state landfill in Johnston.
