City man indicted on domestic rape charges

WOONSOCKET — A city man accused of forcing a 4-year-old boy to watch while he raped her mother and fed her food on which he had urinated has been indicted by a Providence County grand jury on 15 charges, including eight counts of domestic rape.

Reinaldo Diaz, 34, of 100 Harrison Ave., is also charged with two counts of felony domestic assault, four counts of simple domestic assault and one count of violating a court order to keep away from the woman.
