WOONSOCKET â The school department is still working to find answers to a rusty water problem at its middle school complex off Hamlet Avenue after parents took their concerns about the problem to the cityâs appointed school board Wednesday night.
Alethea Forcier, a member of the middle school PTO, detailed concerns she raised with the City Council on Monday while offering that problem of iron in the water does not appear to have been resolved by the school departmentâs attempts to flush the two school buildingâs water lines.
