NORTH SMITHFIELD- Bliss, Amy Ellen, 48, of North Smithield, passed away January 4, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Woonsocket, the daughter of Charles and Nancy (Doyle) Bliss of North Smithfield.
She was the sister of Charles Bliss and his wife Maria of Greensboro, NC and David Bliss of Cumberland. She also leaves 3 nieces; Mikayla, Emily and Kaitlyn Bliss and a nephew Addison Bliss.
Amy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Rhode Island College in 1990, she also made the Deans List with Honors. She worked as a Residential Counselor at the Providence Center.
A memorial service will be Saturday January 18th at 11AM in the Winfield & Son's Funeral Home, 571 West Greenville Rd., Scituate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
