Grant N. Fournier Jr.

BURRILLVILLE- Grant N. Fournier Jr. 60, resident of Oakland, passed away January 23, 2014 at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket.
He was the husband of Dolores (Cartier) Fournier.
He was born in Woonsocket, the son of the late Grant Sr., & Mary (Kapitulik) Fournier.
Grant was a truck driver and then became warehouse manager for the Little Rhody Egg Farms Co., in Foster where he worked for 25 years. He was a lifelong Burrillville resident, a citizen's band operator known as "Country View Kid"; he was an avid golfer, and a member of the Country View Golf Club.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Grant Fournier and his fiancé Leigha Joyal of Oakland, a daughter Stacee Fournier of Enfield CT, and grandchildren, Zackery, Kayleigh, Samantha, Olivia, and Abygail.
A private funeral service will be held Monday at 11am in St. Patrick's Cemetery Chapel in Pascoag. Burial will follow in Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Grant's memory may be made to the ALS Association RI Chapter 2915 Post Rd. Warwick RI 02886. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home 1496 Victory Hwy. Oakland.
