WOONSOCKET- Cecelia McNeil 89, resident of Woonsocket, passed away January 30, 2014 at the Oakland Grove Health Care Center.
She was born August 26, 1924 in Worcester MA, daughter of the late Daniel & Gertrude (McCabe) McNeil.
She worked in the sales department for the former Kings Department Store in Woonsocket; previously she worked on ship's transporting returning troops after WWII. She was raised and lived in Woonsocket; previously she lived in Blackstone MA.
She is survived by a cousin Margaret Lizotte of North Smithfield.
Private services, and burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Uxbridge MA., were held privately. Arrangements were entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket.
