WOONSOCKET – From Woonsocket High graduate Tom Pincince, here are some of the details pertaining to a public celebration of George Nasuti’s life:

Services for Coach Nasuti will be private and for family only. However, Coach's family understands what an outpouring of support there has been in the last few days.

Therefore, a PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF COACH NASUTI'S LIFE has been scheduled for Saturday, March 1, at a time to be determined. This celebration will be held at Woonsocket High School and will be open to EVERYONE. More details on this day will be coming soon, so stay tuned.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make donations to the newly created GEORGE NASUTI SCHOLARSHIP FUND. Donations can be mailed to: Blackstone River Federal Credit Union, 10 Monument Square, Woonsocket, R.I. 02895.

Coach's family would like everyone to know that the outpouring of support has been both humbling and amazing to see and feel. They appreciate the support and kind words that everyone has had to say about George and are now beginning to grasp the immense impact he had on so many lives.
