PHOENIXVILLE, PA- Walter J. Mostek, 95, formerly of Bellingham, MA & more recently of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Wednesday February 12, 2014. Walter was the husband of the late Helen (nee Golubowski) Mostek and son of the late Stanley & Aniela (nee Struzik) Mostek.
Walter was an avid gardener, enjoyed carpentry and was a Charter Member of the Bellingham Lions Club. He took great pride in having served in the Navy during WW II.
Walter was predeceased by 3 siblings: Ann Rouleau, Helen Sikonski & Joseph Mostek. Surviving are 4 children: Judith (Sidney) Finehirsh, Linda (William) Findley, Janice (James) Fedders and Walter J. (Susan) Mostek, Jr.; 7 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be private by the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Walter's honor to: The Polish National Catholic Church of Our Saviour: 500 Smithfield Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Arrangements are with Alleva Funeral Home, Inc.
