WOONSOCKET- Laura E. Beaudet, 88, of Jenckes St. died Wednesday at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of Maurice A. Beaudet with whom she has been married for 69 years.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Eva (Lajoie) Dufresne.
Mrs. Beaudet was an assembler for Reliance Plastics for thirty five years.
Besides her husband she leaves a son Lucien Beaudet of Somerville, TX, a daughter Lorraine Glassey and her husband Armand of Woonsocket, five grandchildren, Brian, Caryn, Raymond, Ralph, and Ryan, and eight great-grandchildren, Zoe, Kendra, Abby, Deryn, Lily, Mally, Colleen, and Raymond. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Renee, sister Clara Dufresne, and brothers, Leo, Henry and Donat Dufresne.
