Alice R. Champoux

WOONSOCKET- Alice R. (Caron) Champoux, 96, formerly of Pond St. Parkview Apts., died Tuesday February 25, 2014 in the Oakland Grove Health Center with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Donat R. Champoux.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Louis and Clarinda (Lariviere) Caron.
Alice was a Homemaker.
She is survived by her four children, Elizabeth A. Brodeur, of Pennsylvania, and Ronald R. and his wife Jaqueline Champoux, of Pennsylvania, Richard Land his wife Jeannine Champoux, of Cumberland, and Carol and her husband Richard Lemay, of North Attleboro, Ma. Six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She also was the sister of the late Leon E. Caron and Jeannette Labonte, and Arthur Caron.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014, at 10 A.M. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave Woonsocket. Burial will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham. Ma. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are respectfully omitted.
