BLACKSTONE- Elizabeth D. "Betty" (Millette) Brown, 70, of Chestnut St. died Friday, March 14, 2014, in Milford Regional Hospital, with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late John F. Brown Jr.
Born in Cumberland, R.I., daughter of the late Victor J. and Doris L. (Bernier) Millette.
Betty worked as a CNA for Wrentham State School for 13 years. She enjoyed being a Homemaker, and spending time with her loving family. She loved vacationing, the ocean and the mountains. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.
She is survived by her five children John F. Brown III, of Woonsocket, R.I., Hidy L. and her husband, Keith Carrier, of Blackstone, Ma., Shane B. Brown of Millville, Ma., Lance J. Brown, of Blackstone, Ma. And Danny P. Brown, of Woonsocket, R.I., and also her step-son Christian M. Felice which whom she lived with and was her care giver for the last 12 years., of Blackstone, Ma. Six sibling, Victor E. Millette, of North Carolina, Muriel C. Hogue, of North Carolina, Paul J. Millette, of Woonsocket, Roger A. Millette, of Sterling, Conn., Gerard R. Millette, of Blackstone, Ma., Celina A. Rogers, of Texas, and Leo Millette of Blackstone, Ma. Eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Daniel Brown.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. in St. Joseph Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be in the Ukrainian American Cemetery, Center St. Bellingham, Ma. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 4-8P.M. in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, R.I.
