CUMBERLAND- Kenneth N. Bonollo, 73, of Mohawk St., passed away Thursday in the Holiday Retirement Home, Manville. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth F. (Barbour) Bonollo.
Born in Milford, MA he was the son of the late Nello and Mary (Franchini) Bonollo. He was a life long Cumberland resident.
He was the owner of the former Kens Forms, for over thirty years. Mr. Bonollo was a civic minded individual and was a former Commissioner for the Cumberland Fire District for 18 years and a Reserve Officer with the Cumberland Police Department for 30 years. A motorcycle enthusiast he was a member of the Blue Knights Motorcycle Club. He was also a U. S. Air Force veteran.
Besides his wife he leaves four children Carleton N. Bonollo of Pawtucket, Buddy K. Bonollo of Cape Coral, FL, Maria C. Lemois of Cumberland and was also the father of the late Kenneth N. Bonollo II. He also leaves two brothers, Nello Bonollo of Uxbridge and Olympio D. Bonollo of Johnston. He was also the sister of the late Vivian LiBassi and Iris Rogala. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held Monday with services at 12 Noon in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Cumberland. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
