CEDAR CITY, UT.- Theodore "Ted" Richard Arsenault, age 76, passed away unexpectedly, on February 23, 2014 in Cedar City, UT.
Ted was the youngest of 6 children born to Norbert & Clara (Richard) Arsenault on March 25, 1937 in Woonsocket.
Ted enlisted in the Navy and served his country for 4 years followed by 4 years in the Naval Reserve.
He is survived by his wife Norma (Rogers) and his children Tina, Alan, Melody and Randy, his 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandsons, 2 sisters Janet Gendron of Woonsocket and Constance Libardoni of Braintree, MA. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters Claire Rainville of Woonsocket and Lucille Wood of Florida, 1 brother Norbert R. Arsenault of Woonsocket.
