WOONSOCKET - Joseph N. Kuzew, 87, of Woonsocket passed away peacefully on May 8, 2014 at the Woonsocket Health & Rehabilitation Centre .
Born Dec. 19, 1926 in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Michael & Natalia (Dobrowolska) Kuzew. Joseph was a Secretary/Investigator for the Federal Trade Commission for 41 years in Washington D.C., retiring in 1985. He enjoyed traveling, spending time at the beach and family picnics, upon retirement, he enjoyed gardening and watching old classic movies. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WW 11. He was a member of St. Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Woonsocket.
He leaves a sister, Mary Marley of Deer Park, NY also nieces & nephews. He was the brother of the late Olga Chaharyn
His Funeral will be Private.
